Thank you to all the team at e-mountains!!!Job started out simple enough but with old homes come unexpected complications. Cory and his excavation team did an amazing job of figuring out the puzzle. I knew it wouldn’t be so cut and dry, I gre up in this home and know it has so many quirks.So grateful for the entire 3 Mountains team.I always recommend 3 Mountain Plumbing to friends & my real estate clients. My almost 100 year old cast iron basement drain started backing up when I would run a load of laundry. I searched online and found Sewer Renewal Specialist. Joe came out with a special camera and showed me that my 2” drain pipe was only 25% open in sections. Joe was great to work with. He came up with good plan, explained everything and the price was fair. Taylor and Jose spent a day working and clearing 100 years of gunk. Unfortunately several sections of the drain pipe had rusted out on the bottom. It took some creative thinking by David (the owner) and Joe and they came up with a plan that would avoid jackhammering more of my finished basement. Every Sewer Renewal Specialist employee I had contact with was extremely polite and professional from the first person I spoke with on the phone to eventually working with 8 different employees by the time it was completed. They were on time, pleasant to work and did a good job tidying up. I would definitely recommend their services.

Terry and wife Jamie have been my go-to plumbing emergency and non-emergency team for ~5 years now, and they have been absolutely outstanding for everything from a semi-emergency bathroom sink leak to a planned ADU construction. It's a shame that Terry Massey Plumbing isn't available in Terry Massey Everything Else, but at least we got the plumbing option.

Recently, I had a big problem with my bedroom toilet from roots. I called Burfitt Plumbing and was very fortunate how fast the technician took care of the problem. The guy ROCKED!

He was very informative, explained everything he was doing, and answered all of my questions. The price was well worth it.

The website says fast service and no extra charge on weekends leading me to believe they were open on the weekend. I had a clog at a rental that needed immediate attention on a Saturday afternoon. I left a voice message but didn't get a return call until Monday. He said they are closed on Sundays. I appreciated the call, but the website should make this clear.

We had a clog down our drain pipe for our washer and Jeff got it sorted out in a few minutes. We tried getting it unclogged with a rented equipment from Home Depot ourselves but with no success. You gotta let the professional, Jeff in this case, do what he do best.

I have used These guys on 3 plumbing projects, both for myself and aging parents. Each time, they did great work, on time, and with no drama.

Mike and his guys were knowledgeable about products (water heaters) and gave great advice about a tankless heater that fit the bill perfectly. All of the crew was nice to deal with, showed up on time, and left the job site clean and neat.

There was one problem-the computer gizmo that controls the new water heater went out shortly after the install. The board was replaced within a day of calling, no drama, no questions, no charge and even an apology-even though it wasn’t their fault.

Are they the cheapest? No idea, but the work was certainly priced within my expectations. They will be my first call for all future plumbing projects.

Duane came out on a Sunday to help me with a bathroom remodel. Did a great job and was very knowledgeable.

I don't ususally write reviews at all, much less negative ones. But I am so appalled by my experience with this company... A technician came out to fix our garbage disposal. Looked down in to it for like 15 seconds, got on his ipad and said it would be over $500 to fix and that we should just replace it for over $1000. The disposal is just a year old! So I had someone else out, he got under the sink and fixed it five minutes. Didn't want to charge us at all. I called to inform the company and the person at the call center was extremely patronizing and just kept making excuses. Completely unacceptable. Beware of extreme upselling with this company!

These guys are horrible. First, they show up late to my appointment. The plumber tells me that he doesn't have the right van so he had no parts to fix my water heater. He tells me he will get the parts the next morning and call me. At noon the next day, I call him. Not only does he not have the parts, he hadn't even gone to get them yet. He says he's waiting for a call back and more hours go by.

Jim had a temper meltdown on an estimate appointment over a question. No thx.
