Excellent plumbing company with reliable service. Have used Rose City Plumbing many times over the years. First time was to fix a leak from a toilet installation from another plumbing company. Since then have used them to install a water heater and other small projects. Definitely recommend them for any plumbing needs.

I am very satisfied with the service my wife and I got. When we first set up a schedule to have our house re-piped to actually having the work done.
The scheduler was on time. He explained the process in detail and when he left, we had a very clear picture of what was going to happen.
The day of the re-pipe, the crew showed up exactly on time. I gave them a quick walk around of where everything was and then they went to work. They put down drop cloth on the floors. The work was done very professional and actually finished a little before expected.
The crew did an excellent job of clean up and the cutting of dry wall was very minimal and to the extent that my wife and I decided that we would do the drywall patch ourselves.
Once the work was complete, we were taken throughout the house and shown what all they did, how it worked.
Overall, my wife and I are very satisfied with the work, the friendliness of the crew, the good humor and with the price.
Thank you from two very satisfied customers.

I needed to replace an angled stop valve to the toilet. Tried DYI via YouTube. It looks like I did everything right but I made a mistake. So I needed a plumber right away. After calling about 7 to 8 other places first(none could come out that day), I called Cornel's and the lady who answered the phone was most helpful. She made a few inquiries of her plumbers and found one who could help us that day. She told me when to expect him and he was on time. DYLAN showed up and assessed the situation right away. Gave me an estimate(and let me just say plumbers are expensive) but it was within the monetary parameters I had calculated beforehand what the cost might be. So, I accepted the estimate and he got to work. Well our home was built in 2007 during the housing boom and some shortcuts were taken including the plumbing and plumbing support. To make a long story short, while removing the angle valve, the pipe got bent a little. So when I went to install the new valve it didn't seal properly. Dylan replaced that section of pipe and installed a commercial grade shut off valve. I watched and asked questions and he was willing to answer all my questions. THANK YOU CORNEL'S PLUMBING FOR SAVING MY BACON! So yeah, it was an expensive mistake on my part but I found a really good plumbing company for any future plumbing needs I may have.

They had to reschedule and the quality of cuatomer service turned my frown upside down, which is kind of not what I expected. Very great customer service.

I believe the technician that checked our backflow system broke a valve on the system and left it in a closed position, preventing us from using our irrigation system. He did make a note of the leak in our system (an apparently pre-existing problem).
Someone from American Backflow came out to check our system to see if something was amiss and other than noting the standing water from the previously noted leak, did not check the valves and said everything was fine except for my leak.
I had MP Plumbing (who I highly endorse) come out, return the closed valve back into the open position, allowing me use of my irrigation system. I then had MP Plumbing dig up the backflow preventer system, repair the cracked system and replace the valves and repeat a check of the system - at a cost of > $1000.
I don't think American Backflow had anything to do with my leak or the costs I incurred from the leak, but it seems reasonable to expect that a competent technician/plumber should have avoided damage to the valve, and at least left the valve in the open position which is how they found it. At the very least the American Backflow troubleshooter should have been able to find the troubles they had caused.

Danielle is a fellow small business over and always goes the extra step with her work. We've had her increase the hot water flow on an old faucet and unclogged our sink from the 1920s. Danielle is super friendly, well organized, and her rates won't make you go bankrupt like other commercial plumbers. She's also great with dogs 🐶

Landon came by the same day we called to provide an estimate on the repair to our water main. Estimate was comparable with others we received, but Landon went above-and-beyond the call of duty by getting down-and-dirty in the crawlspace to check things out. Work was scheduled for the next week while others were requiring 2 to 4 weeks out. Landon was professional and personable, giving detailed explanations of the work needed, and left the repair site in the yard much cleaner and limited in space than I was expecting.

Our family was about to go on a day trip on a holiday weekend when we discovered that our outdoor hose bibb had sprung a leak and was leaking water into our exterior wall and pooling inside home underneath our carpet. I put in an call about 11am dispatch let the on-call plumber (Chris) know about our problem. Chris contacted me around 11:30 and was at our house by Noon. I usually do my own home repair but this job was a bit much for me, since I wanted a solution that didn't involve the previously installed hose bibb (it was installed in a terrible and inaccessible place). I told Chris I wanted the previous line capped and a new sillcock valve installed that would be accessible from the crawl space. Two hours later the job was done.
The price was quite expensive, but we were informed about that from the get-go and we were expecting it since we wanted an immediate repair. The response time was amazing, especially for a holiday weekend! Chris was very professional, communicated clearly, and was very timely with his work. I'm very pleased.

The crew showed up 15 minutes ahead of schedule and though I was a little apprehensive of how young they were, or at least appeared, I was quite quickly impressed with the technical knowledge and skills Thomas and Nick delivered. They did an outstanding job of the highest quality and our new heat pump and air handling system was installed, duct modifications made, and running by 3:00 PM the next day. A truly professional job by professional employees. This company is the definition of service.
