First, the receptionist was 100% upfront about the hourly rate and any incremental costs. They were able to book us first thing in the morning. Nick showed up at 7:55AM for our 8:00AM appointment. He was professional, wore a mask, and offered to wear shoe covers as well. He was efficient and didn't waste time and explained everything he was doing as he proceeded. He cleaned up before he left. My wife and I were very pleased with the work and professionalism and will absolutely be using this company for any future plumbing issues. highly recommend.

The crew showed up 15 minutes ahead of schedule and though I was a little apprehensive of how young they were, or at least appeared, I was quite quickly impressed with the technical knowledge and skills Thomas and Nick delivered. They did an outstanding job of the highest quality and our new heat pump and air handling system was installed, duct modifications made, and running by 3:00 PM the next day. Gene did a great job prepping my basement for a new hot water heater (disconnecting old one and running pipes for new one in a new location), and also fixed the water pressure in my kitchen sink, installing a new faucet in the process.

We had a pipe burst 1 o'clock in the morning and Patrick can out and help get our water shut. He was super nice and extremely knowledgeable!

Fearing this is a scammer. He charged $190 just to look in the crawl space and tell us he wouldn't do the job because the valve needed to be replaced and he wouldn't do it. He looked under the kitchen sink, which has been leaking a cup an hour. My husband turned off the water due to the leak. Plumber said I don't see it leaking. I'm not gonna mess with it.

What kind of plumber comes and says they don't see a problem, then says they see the problem, won't do the work. Then charges you $190 to tell you that?
