We had a serious malfunction in our furnace and after careful analysis found exactly what melted and burned out. Pacific Crest Plumbing has helped me out in several awful emergency situations--sewage backing up into the basement, clogged (really clogged) kitchen sink and have also installed a new toilet for me in a non-emergent situation. Each time I call, they are extremely accessible answering late night messages in a timely fashion and generally always answering the phone during normal business hours. Nick and his employees are always professional and the work performed is always well done--three years later and all is well with the toilet! Prices are always reasonable too.

Nick fixed my kitchen sink today for a very reasonable price especially considering he had to work me into his busy day (sink clogged up last night). At 8 pm tonight, it was draining a bit slow so I called and left a message hoping to speak with them in the morning. Was I surprised when Nick called me right back! He stayed on the phone while we did some trouble shooting and then made a plan going forward. I was stressed about the darned sink but now will sleep comfortably knowing Pacific Crest has it under control.

Was having problems with my shower backing up. Charles and Joesph fixed the problem but because its been a continuing problem they went above and beyond to find the source of the problem. They found the source which could have become a serious situation. They were also very informative about the great financing available. Thank Charles and Joseph.

Just moved out here and my rental had an issue. They were quick and friendly and most of all they were reasonably priced.

This place is Great! I Received a fast response and after a sending in photos of what I wanted repaired had a quote and a repair time right away. (As in Left a message Monday after hours got a qoute Tuesday Am at 7:30 and had the repairs done Friday afternoon AND under what I was Quoted!!! Victor who came to perform the repairs called and came 1/2 hr EARLY!! He was super nice and very professional.Work done was TOP SHELF!! Had a water heater installed and 2 faucets .Top Quality Don't even consider anyone else just Call These guys.

Hello - I suggest you do not call Beaverton Plumbing, unless you have $$ to throw away. Call around for better service. It took the service guy 2 minutes to unclog the toilet, which was great. After being quoted $165 for the service call, the service man charged me an extra $15 for wearing a mask. I'm on a fixed income and I was so angry to have to pay $180 for a 5 minute service call. He called the office right after fixing the toilet and I thought it was odd to spend so much time on the phone...and then he hit me with the additional charge. Trust me...who would like to be treated like this??? Then I called the office after he left and spoke with a Stephanie and mentioned what happened...she said and I quote Awwww - seriously! I called back later in the day and left message for the owner...never heard back! Recommend you call around.

They seem nice, and they came over very quickly. They were prompt about returning calls and texts as well, and while I got cheaper rate quotes, their rate was largely in line with the area at $180 for a call-out.

However, despite me mentioning repeatedly to Nathan that my shower was American Standard both on the phone and in my text message, Nathan took one look and was like: Yeah, I don't know. I don't do American Standard. I opened part of it for him and showed him where it was leaking, and he was like: Yeah, you need a new part. I explained that I had already replaced these parts at the advice of another plumber and it still leaked, so could he take a look if something was wrong with the installation perhaps. He just said No, I don't know anything about American Standard, so I don't want to touch it.

He gave me a helpful recommendation of calling George Morlan, and they connected me to a company that will be here in two days, but that means another two days without a shower and we have to delay leaving on our anniversary trip on Thursday morning to let the new plumbers in. This could have been avoided if AACT Plumbing had told me they don't do American Standard when I told them over the phone AND in a text: I need an American Standard diverter fixed.
