Paul sent Benjamin out to stop my kitchen sink faucet from leaking. He determined it needed to be rebuilt and it took about 2 hours of labor including him going to the store.

So, now instead of leaking, the handle pops off and a geyser of water shoots to my ceiling. Benjamin came out one more time and worked on it, and the same day it popped off again. Now he tells me we need to start from square one and install a whole new faucet. The thing I think is curious is that my faucet wasn't actually broken before, it was just leaking.

So, Paul's Plumbing broke my faucet and charged me about $200 for it. Great.

Apollo was able to come out on short notice to help us out. Daniel came out and did a wonderful job pressure cleaning our lines today! He was reliable, knowledgeable, and professional. He arrived early and called me in advance to make contact and let me know. He made sure I had all the info I needed for maintenance and gave us a detailed invoice with pictures & descriptions. Great job! Highly recommend!

My 27-year-old water heater was acting up. The repairmen said they could fix it, but it my concern was that since it was so old, I may just be temporarily avoiding the inevitable so asked if they could just replace it. The work was done very efficiently and they were very careful not to leave any mess behind. I would recommend them to anyone.

Had a backed up drain pipe. Called rescue rooter and they had someone at my house a few hours later. Steve and Lance were great. Watched for backing up water, talk to me about what they were doing and why. Steve was very knowledgeable and very friendly. Overall the experience was very good

Andrew was absolutely amazing! Very professional and thorough. The staff was courteous and friendly. We had called 30 other plumbers and no one would work with us on pricing due to a fixed income situation. We are so thankful they were kind and they came out to help our family. They have customers for life!

I have never experienced such a horrible person when contacting this company. He was rude and condescending and literally told me how dare I reach out to him on a holiday weekend. If you cannot deal with customers, regardless of the date, find a receptionist who knows how to speak to people with respect and dignity or maybe wait till your precious holiday weekend is over to return a phone call. I will not use this company again strictly based on how I was spoken to. I don't know who you are to the company but you should learn to speak to people like an adult.

He almost set our house on fire yesterday! And he made the issue worse! The Kitchen sink drain is completely blocked. I swear to god I am not kidding or lying. He was left a extremely hot light under the sink, there is outlet under the sink. Thank god we were at home and we smelled smoke. He arrived 1 hour late, and he went out to rent a machine during the work, it took him 6 hours to make the issue worse! He is assigned by Select Home Warranty which is a horrible warranty company!

Call the company for the first time a man answer the phone did not tell me the company name just said hello super standoffish I asked if he can come out to check out my home he said no he can’t I asked him if he can refer to anybody he said no and hung up on me super weird I would not recommend them
