What a stress free and seamless experience we had with this company. Our pipes were backed up and we could not figure out what the root cause was. Well, Michael came by and was able to let us know that it was indeed a root problem! He was very knowledgeable about our situation and helped us come up with a plan for the here and now and for the future as we will eventually need more work done. He was able to get our pipes cleared out enough to go back to normal until the major work needs to be done (root removal). I had a water supply valve leak under the kitchen sink at about 7:00 pm that wouldn’t quit and I was unable to shut off the main water supply due to the new plates they have on the meters. I called A-Rod and they had a plumber here in 30 minutes. He got the job done quickly and for a very reasonable price. This is my go-to plumber from now on!

We used Rodgers Plumbing for home drain cleaning and installation of new washing machine valves. The plumbers were prompt, professional and courteous. Their work was high quality and their pricing was fair. I'll be using them for any future plumbing needs.

Brent was in communication with me from the time we set the appointment and he showed up when he said he would. Quick diagnosis and fixed for a reasonable price. The home warranty people would have let us go two weeks with no hot water but Strittmatter took care of us the same day.

I would not waste your time on Alberto because he has no time wasting yours. After speaking with Alberto about my project he asked me to send him my address and we set a plan to meet at my house around 9:30am the following day. By 11:00am the day of our meeting I had not heard from him so I called and he did not answer. Shortly after he sent me a text informing me he did not service my area. I completely understand this. However, he could have let me know this the moment he received my address, but he didn't. He left me waiting. He didn't care enough to communicate to me that he didn't service my area the moment he knew where I lived. He blew me off and wasted my time, because he didn't care. Find someone who cares, even if they aren't getting your business.

My response to the owner: You didn't tell me your service area until I followed up with you to determine if you were still coming. You knew where I lived the day prior when I sent you my address and you didn't bother to inform me you didn't service my area. I had to call you, because I was waiting on you.

Had an issue with a toilet on the weekend. They came out, diagnosed and fixed the issue. Timely, friendly, professional and very reasonable considering it was a Sunday. There was no extra fee for the weekend. The technician was simply fantastic. Would definitely hire them again!
