What a stress free and seamless experience we had with this company. Our pipes were backed up and we could not figure out what the root cause was. Well, Michael came by and was able to let us know that it was indeed a root problem! He was very knowledgeable about our situation and helped us come up with a plan for the here and now and for the future as we will eventually need more work done. He was able to get our pipes cleared out enough to go back to normal until the major work needs to be done (root removal). Without Michael, we would have never known where the root was or that it was indeed the issue. Very reasonable and highly recommended! Thank you, Plumbing Pros!

This company called ahead to give me at ETA and ID info of the tech Juan Morales before his arrival. He came exactly on time and wore a mask during the entire job. His assignment was to repair a long-standing problem (no pun intended), replacing a 6-foot section of a stopped up/slow draining pipe inside a kitchen wall... a pretty big job. The repair was pricey, but the drain works well enough now, but I happy with the work and would invite this company back again. ;-)

I've used Rodgers Plumbing for years now. They really came to the rescue this morning when I had a hard to get to leak under the house. There was lots of water and was a hard to get to spot to repair. They fixed it timely at a reasonable price.

Brent was in communication with me from the time we set the appointment and he showed up when he said he would. Quick diagnosis and fixed for a reasonable price. The home warranty people would have let us go two weeks with no hot water but Strittmatter took care of us the same day.

I highly recommend Alberto at Lovejoy Prime Plumbing. He is an expert at what he does and he does it flawlessly. During 2020-21 he has completely redone the plumbing in 4 of our bathrooms. 2 tubs, 4 shower systems, 4 toilets, 5 sinks and moved drains. He has also replaced our leaky outdoor faucet and repaired a burst pipe. I wouldn’t call anyone else. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. He’s gone above and beyond what I would expect him to do to keep my job moving forward. (As for the recent negative review - don’t judge too harshly, this has been a rough year and you don’t know other’s circumstances.)

I had a water valve that broke and called Thourough at 3:00pm on a Saturday and he came and fixed it after he finished the job he was currently at. He was extremely professional, nice and friendly. Great customer service, highly recommend!

Fantastic work by Diego on what turned out to be a complex multiday project after an undetected dishwasher hose leak. I appreciated the explanations and options I was given along the way, as well as the attention to detail. Worth noting the company does work hourly instead of doing upfront project estimates, but I definitely felt I got everything I needed done for a very good price.

We called with tankless water heater problem and they came out promptly and fixed it. 3 months later we had problems again. Derek, same tech, came out same day and explained what was wrong this time and cleaned/fixed problem. We will go with annual service as they recommended. Very responsive. One of our water heaters was leaking and I called their number, unsure if we'd used them before. Chad answered and said even if we hadn't used them, if we had to get a new water heater, he'd discount the amount we'd paid the other company, and he was at our house in under an hour. We chose to replace both water heaters and he gave us a lower rate on the second unit. He also made a few changes to make the heaters work together more efficiently.

He was there at the time he promised, professional and really did more than he had to do. I will definitely use CPR Plumbing again.

Aaron came the day I called to check my water heater. We discussed the problem and he went and picked up a new water heater. He worked quickly and efficiently putting it in. After completing the job he answered questions. Best of all, he had taken the time to put small reminders on where the gas and water shut off valves were as well as made sure to tell me about the emergency shut-off . I found this very thoughtful since these things aren't something most repair services do for their customers, especially for a a lady who knows little about water heaters. A job well done and highly recommended!

Always available and very friendly to work with..

I was a non-paying customer and they still gave me excellent service.My downstairs neighbor hired Earl's to inspect a water leak, and they found that the problem was my A/C condensation line draining into our condo wall. Not only did the guy take the time to explain what was happening to my confused liberal arts major self, but he did the same to the A/C guy. And when the A/C guy got defensive and combative, he endured the abuse and calmly explained how the A/C guy was incorrect and what I should do about it.Even though I didn't hire him, the tech from Earl's still treated me better than the people I paid thousands to give me a mold problem. They've earned my service should I ever have plumbing issues.
