He took the time to understand the issue, provide me with multiple options while explaining the benefits of each, and patiently solution all of my questions. Eduardo helped me understand potential causes of my dilemma and how to prevent going forward. While he provided me with multiple options, I never felt pressured into one of that he was trying to upsell me. recommend and would call them again (although I hope to never have to)!

We used Stan and his team when we were is North Dallas. When we moved to the DFW airport area we were in need of a plumber for our new place.We continued to use him because we trust Stan. We never feel that we are being swindled. Stan explains what he is doing and why. He even teaches you about plumbing. He is reliable and his crew is trustworthy. We recommend him...even our dog likes him. So when a dog likes someone, you know they are worth it.

Made an appoint to fix hot water heater. They said 5 days, then called back and said it would be 3 weeks before they could come out. Dishonest people. Do not use!!

I woke up to a fast leaking water heater and called one plumbing company. They told us they could not get to us for 3-4 days. I called 1st Plumber Allen TX and they were able to make it out within 2 hours. Their plumber was very informative and went over several options. He answered my questions and even explained what happened and what he will have to do, thoroughly, before he began to work. Service was prompt and pleasant.
