My first time to use them an it was a wonderful experience.They came out to clear a clogged sewer line and found it was broken. I had heard this was the problem from the prior owner. The diagnosis was consistent. They gave me a quote for the repairs that were very reasonable to dig under the home and replace the broken pipe.They started the following day and completed.And then the invoice came at the same price as the estimate. Win win.I'll use them again.Ps: we had a minor issue a few days following and they ran over the same day and checked it out at no cost and we resolved that issue.

They were on time as advertised. That's the only thing I can say that is positive. I changed the float assembly and flapper. When securing the line from the wall the nut on the supply line cracked. This is all that needed repair. Instead, another new float assembly and flapper were put in. In addition a new fill tube and seal between tank and bowl was installed. Claimed a crack in the fill tube had to be replaced. There was zero leakage between the tank and bowl. So, leaving my wife at home to take care of it I ended up paying $467 for a $150 repair and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing stole my brand new float assembly and flapper. Will never use or recommend. Take advantage of women and very overpriced.

I’ve used them twice for two different issues. They really take the time to make sure the issue is repaired. The friendliest people I’ve ever done business with. I’ve worked with Eugene and Windell. I’m just so impressed. I had Bakers Bros out before AAA Auger and they charged me hundreds of dollars, didn’t fix my issue and told me I needed a $2,000 repair. AAA Auger fixed my issue for just a couple hundred. Highly recommend.

I asked Chad about water heaters as someone had quoted me a bare bottom price. I had a lot of trouble with various plumbers who under delivered and we still struggling with luke warm water. Many were confused with the builders configuration. Anyway, Chad's price wasn't the cheapest but he quickly convinced me that he stood by his work (good reviews helped). He and his associate came in, reviewed the problem and said they didn't need replacement but could be fixed. He quickly got the job done and also did a few other things I needed done around the house very quickly. Very punctual, polite, quick, and explains details simply and effectively.

I'll continue to use him and his company for future plumbing work.

Last night my kitchen sink backed up when I turn on the garbage disposal I Google Plumber in Wylie and 3 results pop up the other two are close except for Best Quality plumbing is open 24 hours and that's a Godsend. Icalled and left a message in about an hour Chuck called me back and he came to fix my pipes. He spent at least 3 hours cleaning the pipes and I was so happy I told him he is now my plumbery I recommend this company . CHUCK is a hardworking man he just finished a job in Mckinney last night and still he came to my house to fix the problem. Chuck you are my Angel and thank you so much!

ALD was able to quickly identify our leak problem and gave us several options for repair with their opinion on which would be the best option and the reasons why. In our case, it was the least expensive. When they returned to repair the leak, they were efficient in their repair and respectful of our house. I would highly recommend this company if you think you might have a slab leak.

Moving into an older home with two massive water heaters from a newer house with a tankless one posed a challenge. Tex was the only one who didn't show any negativity about our desire to switch to a tankless heater when I was shopping around. He efficiently guided us through the process, getting us the largest 'Navien' tankless water heater and attic plumbing rerouting.
