Best Water Leak Location in Plano TX

Carlos stopped by within an hour of contacting his company and provided some recommendations to fix our problem. He provided a couple options and left the decision to us ( No hard sell). Carlos and his team arrived at 7 am the next day as we agreed and begun working. He completely replaced our main water line in the time he said and at the same price quoted. Would not hesitate to use Carlos for future jobs.

The plumber was very nice and fixed our shower drain. Only giving 3 stars because it was so expensive. Original quote was $450, this was simply to unclog the drain. We negotiated to $200 but still felt this was a lot for simply snaking a drain that took all of 5 minutes

Technician Steve #6910. Charged me $400 for a simple garbage disposal de-clog repair that took 5 minutes. Also quoted me $8,900 for a replacement which is absurd and outright dishonest. I got taken for a fool and only paid since he had already shown up. Go local for your plumbing needs. They will lie to you in the name of lining their own pockets which is a very shortsighted business decision on their part. Also verbally told me it has a 90 day guarantee but the invoice only says 30 days. Harped on me leaving a 5 star review that he could “help me with” which I politely deadlines. Dishonesty from the ground up. I will never use the company again.

Enco saved the day! They replaced our water heater the same day our old one decided to quit working. Cody did an awesome job and was very efficient! No corners are cut with this business.

If I could give more stars I would. My old pier and beam house in Dallas has one bathroom and one shower. One night the toilet backed up into the shower and it was chaos because I have a wife and twin daughters who were without a bathroom. I tried for 3 days to fix on my own renting equipment from Home Depot. Finally I broke down and called a professional before world war 3 broke out at home. Ashley who answered my call was super sweet and very knowledgeable. She listened to me rant about the situation and had someone scheduled to come within a few hours. The technician showed up right on time with a smile and very friendly attitude. I apologize I forgot his name, but he was great. He accessed the problem and had it fixed in a couple hours. Apparently those old cast iron pipes are a nightmare, but he got it done. My 3 ladies are super happy now, but not as happy as I am. I expected to pay a fortune, but this company didn’t kill me on price just because they knew I was desperate to get it fixed. Very transparent and honest company. Even the technician kept mentioning what an amazing work environment they have and how the owner of the company takes care of his employees and customers. I can’t say enough about how impressed I am with this company. He even took the trash he pulled from drain with him in a bag and cleaned up the bathroom. I literally had to make him leave and tell him I would clean because he had worked hard enough. I will use this company from now on and recommend to any friends or family.

These guys were great! I called about a water leak and they came out the next day and discovered my issue quickly. There were very prompt, polite, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. While they could not pinpoint the exact location of the leak, they had a great referral of who could and were able to answer all of my questions about how to fix the leak, once it's location is discovered. We will definitely be using them for all of our future plumbing needs. Including fixing this leak.

Plano Plumbing was able to come out very quickly to address some concerns. Once they were at my home, they fixed everything within half an hour! Fair prices for high quality work. Have used them multiple times now and will continue doing so.
