Reece did awesome. He fielded all of my questions challenges…I’ve had unfortunate experiences with other teams plumbing services and wanted to make certain this way would work. Reece took the time to consider my opinions, but also respectfully shared other ways a solution could be done. They knew their codes and standards and left everything completed and clean. Really appreciate O’Bryan Plumbing.

Great experience with Earl's plumbing. They were quick to respond and repair a leaking water heater copper line. Very professional and left me feeling I was valued as a customer. I will recommend to my family and friends and certainly know whom to call for my plumbing needs in the future. TJ and his associate were nothing short of awesome.

We scheduled for someone to come out due to a gas leak in our building. We had already had the fire department come out and check the whole building and tell us exactly where it was coming from and exactly what needed to be fixed. We decided to go with this company since their reviews looked great and reliable.
Before the visit, I had called around to 4-5 different companies to get a rough estimate to know what a good quote would look like.
They had sent a technician named John and he looked around for abit and threw an outrageous quote ($1399) at me. Started to say that we needed to do all these other filler jobs and things before we can see what the real issue was. I knew that since I was a woman that people may try to take advantage of that so I told him that quote was outrageous from what I had heard from others in the area. He looked at me surprised and said he’d call and ‘ask the company’. After what was only 3-4 minutes, he comes back in and goes ‘ok we’d really like your business, we can do $999’
First off, what is this? A used car dealership? $1399? $999? Use whole numbers. Saying $_99 doesn’t make it sound like more of a deal.
Secondly, just because I am a woman needing a service does not mean I am dumb enough to fall for slimy salesmen who try to make a buck of people who are needing a service.
The whole interaction was upsetting and off putting. If this is how this company goes about business, you’re better off calling one of the DOZENS of other plumbing companies around. That’s what we did and got a much more reasonable quote without the added slime. If you do decide to still work with then, I would ask for anyone but John. He was actually so awful.

We have lived in the area for 14 years. Have you ever encountered a problem that needed the service of a plumber and asked your family and friends to recommend one? Or looked in the phone book and made countless calls and still wondered if they were reliable? Well, we found the perfect plumber in Enco Plumbing. Enco Plumbing was very efficient, knowledgeable and affordable. Eric, the owner took the time to listen to my problems and had someone out within an hour. Our service technician, Chris was very efficient, courteous and found the problem right away. He was patient and took the time to explain the problem and how to repair it. He repaired it quickly. Problem solved!!! I now know a dependable and affordable plumber in Enco Plumbing! Kuddos to Enco, Eric and Chris! I highly recommend them!!!!

Ken was great! Cleared a hair monster in the bathtub drain & reset the wobbly toilet that was replaced a couple of years ago by a remodeler (who was a good carpenter, but NOT a plumber). Called Classic because they've been recommended in our neighborhood many times on Nextdoor.

Terribly rude, overall poor customer service. Would imagine you get further with honey than vinegar.

So they just hang up the phone on you, I asked information about cost and installation and told him he was the first one I contacted and he just hung up on me. Elite? Not so sure.
