Best Water Heater Installation in Plano TX

When we woke up to a notice on our door that there was a gas leak and on our property thus, needing to turn off our gas, we had no idea who to call. I hopped on Nextdoor and saw reviews from other and decided to give The Plumbing Pros a try.

Let me just say, Mike did NOT disappoint! He listened, he was more than on time and came out the same day! Not only was he able to fix our issue same day, he provided really valuable information about the process when it comes to things like this. From initial contact through repair, Mike made this experience seamless! We will always call The Plumbing Pros if we have a plumbing issue.

I had Amundson come out to install a misting system. In less than 8 months one of their press fitting decoupled. Press fittings if done properly should last years.

Amundson refused to come and fix it. They do not stand behind their work. If considering a plumber, go with an outfit that will stand behind their work or better yet do it right the first time.

good honest pricing and they got the job done in no time at all. I called them late on a fri evening as my water heater was leaking and they were out around an hour and a half later with a brand new water heater. I will defo use these guys again in the future

Tanner was knowledgeable and professional. He made sure that he kept his area as neat as possible. He cleaned up behind hisself. He did a good work and my pipe was reran and working before he left.

It's Sunday and 90° outside. I'm sick with a highly contagious virus and then my air-conditioning quits. I called Devard's AC Repair and Carlos was here within the hour. I was honest about being sick and still he came, wearing PPE, and fixed my problem along with fixing another potential problem I was unaware existed. Carlos was honest, professional, fair and just and all around nice guy. Next time I need to call an AC Company, I'll call Devard's and hopefully I'll get Carlos again. As a small business owner and home owner I have to hire contractors and repair companies fairly regularly over the years. For the most part I've had mediocre luck until I met Josh. Aaron was extremely professional and checked every inch of our home to find a very unique problem obstructing our A/C. I am very appreciative of the manager Tim for sending Aaron out to diagnose an issue that was not resolved the first visit. Outstanding company that I have now used for A/C and plumbing. Had a slight drip under the sink of my new house. His guys were at the house 2 hours after I texted, he came by himself when they were finishing to check on everything. Highly recommend. Super nice guys. Very clean service.

The job is not finished, there are parts to be replaced, they will come back for that. However as a first experience, I’m happy to say that they are very professional and knowledgeable, courteous and respectful to their customers. The service was scheduled in a fast way according to my needs. I will review again after the job gets completed.
