Mike and Adam showed up on time and completed a challenging repair in inder 4 hours. The hot water pipe under my foundation was leaking. They were able to trace the leak and repair the pipe without drilling through my slab. These kind of repairs are not cheap or trivial and require experts on pipe leaks under a foundation. Mike and Adam are specialists in this kind of repair at Legacy Plumbing and their expertise is why they could complete this work in a short time. Highly recommend Legacy. The Roto-Rooter technician (Jonathon) wanted to charge $3700 to replace a hot water heater. He inspected the unit for about 30 seconds, and pointed to 3 or 4 parts that needed to be replaced, including the water input which he called 'broken'. After he left, I tested the water input and it worked just fine.

I called another plumber, referred by my neighbor, who charged my $1800 from the very beginning and was much more pleasant.

I will never call Mr. Rooter again. Our house water heater was leaking, and the guy from Mr. Rooter came and charged me $74.95, and he said it's unrepairable. He also said that I have to replace it with a new one; his estimation was $2,133.79. I called another guy from home depot, and he said the valve is loose and he resolved the problem for only $125.00. I called Mr. Rooter, and they said they would not refund me because this charge is for the coming to my house and they ignore the wrong diagnostic and the money that I paid again to home depot.

This is a lead generation service, not a plumber. I got way too many calls from random plumbers.
