Carlos stopped by within an hour of contacting his company and provided some recommendations to fix our problem. He provided a couple options and left the decision to us ( No hard sell). Carlos and his team arrived at 7 am the next day as we agreed and begun working. He completely replaced our main water line in the time he said and at the same price quoted. Would not hesitate to use Carlos for future jobs.

It's Sunday and 90° outside. I'm sick with a highly contagious virus and then my air-conditioning quits. I called Devard's AC Repair and Carlos was here within the hour. I was honest about being sick and still he came, wearing PPE, and fixed my problem along with fixing another potential problem I was unaware existed. Carlos was honest, professional, fair and just and all around nice guy. Next time I need to call an AC Company, I'll call Devard's and hopefully I'll get Carlos again. And hopefully I won't be sick 😷. Thanks Carlos for being so chill about everything. Thanks Devard's for exceptional customer service.

He also gave me information about the old pipes to my bathtub and gave me an estimate to replace them so the problem wouldn’t happen again. It seems like a very reasonable estimate. I would like to thank AAA plumbing for their quick response during Saturday and sending professional and friendly plumber Frederick for solving our issue quickly. We had blocked sewer and spilling of sewer water in our front yard. Frederick was quick in identifying issue and thorough in solving the issue. He took ample time to do his job perfectly. Water leaked into the house, I quickly shut off the main. Then the hunt for a plumber started found Ricky; he came to find the leak (Busted Outdoor Water tankless heater), and through the pipe, the water came inside the home. He told me he could order, or I can order ASAP or call for a Warranty. I did order, and luckily I found one in Georgia and came in time. . I called him again, he came to my home on a Sunday and replaced the unit and resealed the pipe.

I highly recommend Ricky. He is honest and a genuine guy.

This is 3rd time I've use Aubrey Plumbing. They have always done great work. I really appreciate how they me know who is coming to do the work at my home with picture and a bio of the plumber doing the service call.

The temperature in my shower had been fluctuating for years. I finally got fed up with it. I had reconciled myself to buying a new heater. I thought I would have it checked first. Called Tank Yankers and got an appointment in a reasonable time. They were prompt, and fixed my issue. Turned out to be a corroded sensor and a plugged shower head. Charged me 1/10 of what I was prepared to spend on a new heater.

We recently bought a house had a few things happened right away that needed our attention. Unexpectedly, our water heaters release valve failed causing the water heater to puncture. Fortunately, Roto Rooter and our plumber Tony was right on it to fix the issue. Ever since then, Tony has been out to the house to update other items such as the water line to the refrigerator and discovering a sewer backup that was caused by a crack in the pipe and a large root had grown in it's place. He identified that the issue was located on the sidewalk, therefore, making it the property of the city of Dallas. Because of Tony's ability to identify the issue it was resolved in a quick and timely mannner. Going forward, Tony and Roto Rooter are our go to for any plumbing issues that may arise.

Had a great experience with Bluefrog. First, Cuyler and Alan arrived on time, which I really appreciate. They quoted $700 to fix a drainage problem at my house, but they started working and discovered the problem was more simple than originally thought. They ended up charging me less than half the price of the original quote. I really appreciated their honesty. I highly recommend them!

Update: The humidity dropped from 80% to mid 50's. Big improvement! Thanks for the extra advice!

Had a main line block, waste water was spilling onto our floors. Guy came out quickly, was 450 to have it done late at night. Worth it
