Wow! I am amazed with how great our experience was with Cole's Plumbing! We had an issue and called at 8:30AM, they were at the house by 10:30AM and had everything fixed shortly thereafter. I was concerned that the price would be crazy since it was same-day, but it was very reasonable. Chad was incredible as well. He was thorough, kind and informative. When I called Hole In One Plumbing last month to schedule someone to come out to repair our sewer lines, there was a long queue--and I realized it was for good reason. The estimate they gave us for the job was less than half of what I was quoted from another company (this company came out the same day I called and gave what I thought was a ridiculously high estimate). The final cost was the same as what we were originally quoted, even though they ended up doing a LOT more work than what was outlined in the quote (our house is really old). They really go above and beyond to make sure the job is completed successfully, and with extremely fair pricing as well. From the minute they pick up the phone to when the job is done, they truly make sure you're taken care of. Thank you for your professionalism and fairness.

I do not like the feeling of every time I get a service it always seems like I get a pre-scripted upsell. Not here. Chance the tech was straightforward and helpful. Granted, in all options there was a fee (no one works for free) they were all reasonable (I was in the construction business for over 20 years and can sense BS) I am going to think of options and there was no fee for estimate. So I got Chance and his helper lunch, wrote this review & will tell friends and family of this company (and keep them in mind for future services). Lets reward the good guys!
