Work done was great. The staff working on the issues was very good. When work was completed they cleaned up everywhere and couldn't tell they had been there. Repair solutions were discussed with different options to choose from before repairing. Being a DIY'er I couldn't do this work on sewer line leak isolation and repair.

We had a lot of work done recently on our home including sewer line replacement and water line reroute. Our plumber Kyle was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond his duties to make sure we were satisfied. He explained everything he was doing in detail and was very thorough to make sure everything was perfect before he left. Denise and the other office ladies are phenomenal and also went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with their work. I would definitely recommend this company. Plano Plumbing/Leak Detection responded promptly two days ago when we discovered our water and gas bills shot up recently indicating a slab leak under the house. Mario, the tech sent on our job, quickly located the hot water line leak under the slab in our garage.

We decided to go with Plano Plumbing and the plumbing reroute option because who needs the noise and mess and repouring of
concrete after drilling into the slab to find and repair the leak? Mario and crew just left after rerouting the line through our attic to the water outlets in the back of the house.
