Best Under Slab Leak Repair in Plano TX

I was very surprised by the level of service and timeliness of both Brenda and Rick. Brenda helped schedule our initial appointment and she was very knowledgeable about the services offered, policies and next steps. She understood the urgency of my need so when she had a cancellation she contacted me multiple times to make sure I was aware of the earlier appointment availability. Rick was very polite, on time and thorough when discussing next steps with me. He also made me feel very comfortable given that he was testing the plumbing around my home while my husband was not here. Each time I had questions and called their main number- even if I left a voicemail, they were very prompt to get back with me (usually within 1 hour or less). I would highly recommend In-House Plumbing.

I contacted Best Quality Plumbing. Chuck came out. He was timely and professional. Had a gas leak (a hole the size of a quarter) in the pipe leading to the heater for the spa/swimming pool. He diagnosed the issue and provided a reasonable solution and price. During the diagnosis, he also identified and addressed others issues (replaced the parts) at no additional costs - to meet codes. Chuck gave an explanation for the additional repairs as well as the overall process. ...did a good job.

I called Pro-Service plumbing after having another plumbing company replace my water heater and not get it working after 2 days. I had Dustin and Logan with Auger install a water softener system, a reverse osmosis water purifier, an instant hot water faucet at the sink, and a garbage disposal air switch. They did a fantastic job, took pride in their work, and left everything clean after they finished.
