Superb plumbing service by Derek W. Identified problem quickly. What we thought was small outdoor water leak turned into a bigger problem. $2.6k + 5 yr warranty for waterline replacement--expensive but necessary and recommended by Derek. Only hiccups were suffering one night without water and no scheduled time notifications for digging/backfilling teams. Prompted me to call the office 3-4 times and ended up talking to the owner/founder (Randy) for exact time for backfilling our trench.

Anyway, good company--loved their online scheduling and overall service. I will be a repeat customer.

I’ve used AAA Auger three times now and they’re always great. Peter came out this time and he was friendly, informative and fast. I appreciate that they keep you updated on arrival times and send you a picture of the person coming to conduct the repairs - which adds an extra layer of safety/security. Had CPR plumbing out to take a look at some goofy work some contractors had done in constructing my outdoor kitchen. After reviewing the work and confirming my fears that the plumbing was second rate, Chad quoted a fair price to plumb the sink and finished the entire process in under 3 days. This in comparison to the 60 day odyssey that I had been taken on to get to the point of having to call in CPR. If you want the job done and done right I'd suggest giving these guys a call.

Garbage disposal not turning and filthy water clogged. Problem was resolved in 5 minutes. The technician was very efficient and nicely demonstrated to us how to fix the problem ourselves in case it happens again.

I needed a drain stopper replaced in one of the bathroom. I was able to get same day service job was done in 35 min or so. The technicians wore face masks, gloves and shoes coverings. I was very glad they took the safety measures for Covid-19 since I’m immunocompromised. Great job!
