I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Alex and Jason came out on an emergency call Saturday, evaluated our problem...three days later we have a new tankless water heating system in our house! These guys were top notch. They kept me informed, the whole job went quick, and they cleaned up behind themselves! As a small business owner and home owner I have to hire contractors and repair companies fairly regularly over the years. For the most part I've had mediocre luck until I met Josh. Besides doing top notch work, he's honest and has integrity. Working with Ashcroft Plumbing has always been a positive experience and I cannot recommend them enough.

We have used Rogers Plumbing for well over ten years for our residential needs. Heard a faint hissing noise in one of the bathrooms. Turned off all shutoffs, still hissing . Called Shirley at Rogers. Robert and Daniel were dispatched. Robert located the issue via the crawl space. The cracked copper line was inaccessible from below. The water closet was removed and Robert surgically removed a minimal portion of the wet wall. Repairs made in less than four hours. Robert was able to patch the wall with the cutout section. I had envisioned having to repair the wall opening myself and resetting the WC. Unless you knew the story you would not know that any repairs were done.

My neighbor had AAA Auger come out to look at a water heater that AAA Auger installed less than a year and a half ago. The problem was a pressure release valve. They wanted to charge her over $300 plus parts but didn’t have the part with them. After taking a quick look, I took off the part in about 3 minutes, took it to Home Depot, bought another one and installed it in about 4 minutes. AAA Auger wanted to charge my elderly neighbor over $300 for about 7 minutes of work to a water heater they installed less than a year and a half ago. Would not recommend to anyone. I always say the two biggest ripoff companies are plumbers and mechanics. This proves I’m at least half right.

I am happy that my I reached out to CPR Plumbing Service, Chad and his crew took care of my leaky washer faucet and went above and beyond and hooked up my new washer! It saved me a service call! My family will use CPR for all our plumbing needs!
