Carlos stopped by within an hour of contacting his company and provided some recommendations to fix our problem. He provided a couple options and left the decision to us ( No hard sell). Carlos and his team arrived at 7 am the next day as we agreed and begun working. He completely replaced our main water line in the time he said and at the same price quoted. Would not hesitate to use Carlos for future jobs.

We have lived in this house for 19 years with ongoing plumbing problems. Many plumbers have told us to do this or that without a lot of evidence as to what it would accomplish. I immediately realized Rick and Willie knew what they were talking about and showed me issues in my plumbing system that were completely opposite of what I had previously been told. Will continue to use them for plumbing needs. Reasonably priced as well.

We couldn't be happier with the service that we received from BF Plumping and were especially impressed by Cory Greenwood. We had very old (and rusted out) galvanized steel pipes and Cory took the extra time to explaining pipes, plumbing and the whole situation to us. Cory was super knowledgeable, patient, professional and friendly. Can't say enough good about him - he's our plumber from now on!

Until today these folks rated 5 stars from me. I called them, explained exactly the problem. They sent out a plumber who said he was not interested in replacing my water heater circulation pump. In case this was a one-off visit from a sleepy apprentice, I called to check with the office. She agreed. Must be contagious and has spread throughout the company. DOA.

Aaron was extremely professional and checked every inch of our home to find a very unique problem obstructing our A/C. I am very appreciative of the manager Tim for sending Aaron out to diagnose an issue that was not resolved the first visit. Outstanding company that I have now used for A/C and plumbing. Jeff was absolutely amazing. I got his information from several other people in my area and he did not disappoint. Mr. Landry did a great job of repairing a broken water line at the meter. We received same day service at a reasonable price.

I’ve used them twice for two different issues. They really take the time to make sure the issue is repaired. The friendliest people I’ve ever done business with. I’ve worked with Eugene and Windell. I’m just so impressed. I had Bakers Bros out before AAA Auger and they charged me hundreds of dollars, didn’t fix my issue and told me I needed a $2,000 repair. AAA Auger fixed my issue for just a couple hundred. Highly recommend.

I called CPR Plumbing Services around 8:20 am, Wednesday morning. I was pleasantly surprised someone answered. After explaining my urgent need for their services, I was asked if I could be at the property within 30 minutes. I was shocked and pleased that someone could meet me so quickly and address the issue.

The technician happened to be the owner and I quickly learned he had integrity, honesty, experience and a desire to do a great job. He took the time to thoroughly evaluate and resolve the issue.

I have used Best Quality Plumbing for several years now for everything from replacing toilets, a garbage disposal, a water heater & repairing a plumbing leak. Chuck goes above and beyond to provide great service. I discovered my water heater leaking on New Year’s Eve and put in a call to Chuck expecting he’d have to come after the holiday. He came over within minutes to turn off water & power to the heater to stop the leak. He had to leave as he had a funeral to attend but returned on New Year’s Day to remove the water heater to find the leak. He always takes time to answer any questions I have and does a great job for a fair price. I wouldn’t use anyone else & highly recommend him.
