Carlos stopped by within an hour of contacting his company and provided some recommendations to fix our problem. He provided a couple options and left the decision to us ( No hard sell). Carlos and his team arrived at 7 am the next day as we agreed and begun working. He completely replaced our main water line in the time he said and at the same price quoted. Would not hesitate to use Carlos for future jobs.

I had a broken sewer pipe leading to the back bathroom. In-House Plumbing was the only service that took measurements inside and outside the house and provided a visual diagram of the house with the repair proposals drawn in. The gave me two options and recommended the more expensive. However they were still under the other 2 quotes. They regularly kept me apprised of the progress and finished the job as promised. I'm very pleased to have picked this service.

I can't sing their praises enough, Josh and his crew at Ashcroft plumbing went above and beyond with getting us a new hot water heater. Josh was extremely thorough with the install and knowledgeable in doing things the right way. He didn't cut any corners and was super helpful. His crew was very careful with the install and even cleaned up nicely afterwards. He's unlike any plumber we've ever used!

Hands down the BEST experience I have ever had with a plumber. I live in Frisco and was using a general contractor to do a remodel on our master bathroom, a huge remodel to be honest, everything looked great and we were so happy with our new walkin shower until a pipe broke/cracked and water was spewing everywhere :-/ we called a half dozen plumbers in Frisco but all we got was answering machines and/or they couldnt come out until days later..so we ended up finding a plano plumber, Staggs Plumbing and boy were we glad we did. They sent over a master plumber who quickly disgnosed and then fixed our problem!! They arrived at our house in a little under 2 hours!! We are so grateful to Randy and his staff for doing such a great job, they are the last plumber we will ever need,

Sorry I did not get a chance to give a better review. Set up an appointment for 1:00. Got a voicemail that it would be 3-4 hours. Called to check on this and she said, well, we don't know when it will be but we will update you.
Four hours later and no update. Very disappointed.

Fixed a leaking sink in about 15 minutes. Responsive and very reasonable pricing. Will use this company for any plumbing needs going forward.
