I called in and Triple Crown had me scheduled on the same day. Richard G. was assigned to my job and sent me a text when he would be at the house. When he got within 10 minutes of my house, he called just as I had requested. He arrived right on time. He listened to my explanation of the clogged drain symptoms and thought it through. He gave me two options and told me the cost of each. He got on the roof and unclogged the drain within a half an hour. Prompt, courteous, and honest. Top notch plumber.

We used Rodgers Plumbing for home drain cleaning and installation of new washing machine valves. The plumbers were prompt, professional and courteous. Their work was high quality and their pricing was fair. I'll be using them for any future plumbing needs.

Hands down the BEST experience I have ever had with a plumber. I live in Frisco and was using a general contractor to do a remodel on our master bathroom, a huge remodel to be honest, everything looked great and we were so happy with our new walkin shower until a pipe broke/cracked and water was spewing everywhere :-/ we called a half dozen plumbers in Frisco but all we got was answering machines and/or they couldnt come out until days later..so we ended up finding a plano plumber, Staggs Plumbing and boy were we glad we did. They sent over a master plumber who quickly disgnosed and then fixed our problem!! They arrived at our house in a little under 2 hours!! Chad and his crew found and fixed a leak for us in 2 hours that another plumber had been looking for over the last 3 days. The other plumber dug up our 12 year old shrubs and left a huge mess in the yard. CPR didn't dig until they knew where they were going and they cleaned up afterwards, leaving the area spotless. Great experience. I will call them from now on.
