Carlos stopped by within an hour of contacting his company and provided some recommendations to fix our problem. He provided a couple options and left the decision to us ( No hard sell). Carlos and his team arrived at 7 am the next day as we agreed and begun working. He completely replaced our main water line in the time he said and at the same price quoted. Would not hesitate to use Carlos for future jobs.

Andrew and Jeff came this morning. Gave us reasonable and fair estimate price. Explain in detail the problem. Very professional but also friendly and knowledgeable. Finish the work in less then 15 mins. My go to plumbing company. Would highly recommend them to our family and friends.

Spent 300 dollar for them not to fix the problem now luckily the response of the manager was condescending and almost a joke. Anyways I lost my money , just a warning about how my experience was with this company.

I had a faucet that wouldn't stop leaking and garbage disposal completely stopped working. The guys came out the next day to inspect the issue. I then scheduled an appointment for a later date for completion. Prior to that date, the leak got worse. Toni, the receptionist, was able to move me up and the guys came back out to resolve the issues. Toni and the guys were all a pleasure to work with and they did an amazing job on keeping you informed on delays and arrival times. I'd definitely use them again.

Fast and Quality Service! What most impressed me about this company is that the owner Chuck always responded quickly and took such great pride in his work and customer service. I called Best Quality Plumbing on a Sunday because I had water in my attic and bedroom below. Chuck answered and said he was on his was to church but would immediately come and help me because this was an emergency. Chuck was here in 20 mins! He disconnected the water source from both water heaters and left them to drain in order to prevent further leaking of water into my house. Chuck then headed back to church and said he would return. He promptly returned after church, where he removed the 2 drained water heaters from the attic and advised I place fans and a dehumidifier in the attic if I had any. Then he suggested I call someone to take a look at the damaged boards in the attic before he install 2 new water heaters. Chuck was right! The boards were damaged. Chuck and his assistant returned as soon as the contractor replaced the water damaged area and installed the 2 new water heaters. I was very happy with his reasonable prices especially for such a high level of service. I really liked that he covered and protected my floors and steps while he worked. He and his assistant wore booties and were careful not to dent or scratch anything. Chuck was prompt and completed the ordering and installations of the 2 water heaters in a very timely manner. The city inspector John just inspected the installation of my 2 water heaters and said very professional and clean job!
