As a small business owner and home owner I have to hire contractors and repair companies fairly regularly over the years. For the most part I've had mediocre luck until I met Josh. Besides doing top notch work, he's honest and has integrity. Working with Ashcroft Plumbing has always been a positive experience and I cannot recommend them enough.

We have used Rogers Plumbing for well over ten years for our residential needs. Heard a faint hissing noise in one of the bathrooms. Turned off all shutoffs, still hissing . Called Shirley at Rogers. Robert and Daniel were dispatched. Robert located the issue via the crawl space. The cracked copper line was inaccessible from below. The water closet was removed and Robert surgically removed a minimal portion of the wet wall. Repairs made in less than four hours. Robert was able to patch the wall with the cutout section. I had envisioned having to repair the wall opening myself and resetting the WC. Unless you knew the story you would not know that any repairs were done.

Aaron was extremely professional and checked every inch of our home to find a very unique problem obstructing our A/C. Hourly Service Charge $300 plus a trip charge $60 was not discussed at no time until the end of the assessment (Staggs is located in the same city as residence). He was going to charge for an hour until I pointed out they had only been here for 30 minutes. He revised the charge for 30 minutes. So after being charged $210 for their estimate - which he did provide their estimate right on the spot but was 82% of the original estimate provided for the entire replacement of the ss. When questioned why the estimate wasn't closer to 50% of the previous amount, no answer was provided. Appears to me that they were not interested in doing the work, only to charge a consultation fee which is sprung on you at the end of their visit.

I would like to thank AAA plumbing for their quick response during Saturday and sending professional and friendly plumber Frederick for solving our issue quickly. We had blocked sewer and spilling of sewer water in our front yard. Frederick was quick in identifying issue and thorough in solving the issue. He took ample time to do his job perfectly. I am more than happy with his service and AAA. I highly recommend their service. Thank you for hiring and sending best plumber.

They replaced 2 hot water heaters with a Navien tankless. They were professional and did a neat installation at the price quoted. Our gas bills are down enough to entirely pay for the unit in about 10 years but more importantly, no more concerns of a tank leak. Call these guys. They are competent and do a great job!

Ryan and his assistant(sorry, can't remember his name) did a great job. They were very knowledgeable and professional. They kept us up to date on the progress. Everything is working and we are pleased.

If I could give zero stars, I would! They normally charge a $79 service call fee and we were willing to pay $145 for them to come out immediately. I had told them on the phone that there was water running under the house. When the “plumber” got here, he was not willing to go 4 feet under the house to assess the problem! He stood there saying, “ I’m not going under the house”, and did absolutely NOTHING, yet still expected to get paid! Do NOT use this company! They will try to scam you out of money without doing the work!

Our technicians (Hunter & Hunter) were both very professional and knowledgeable. They completed the repair (water valve behind the new fridge) very quickly. They adjusted our water heater to operate efficiently and safely, especially for our young ones. They measured the water pressure at our request and answered our questions regarding the seemingly high pressure. We were very pleased by their service and will definitely call Earl’s Plumbing again for any future needs!
