Rick initially came out to see if we had a leak after some foundation work and was really friendly and informative. Brenda was really helpful every time I called and spoke with her and she was very informative as well. Sean and his partner were really patient and worked really hard to find the leaks that Rick noted. Trevor and his partner were also really friendly and worked very hard with Shawn and Jackie to try and do their best work. Lastly, Chris, Shelly ( I think that was her name, I know it started with an S and ended with a Y ) and Shawn were all really great to help make sure I was taken care of and were so accommodating and helpful. I appreciate everyone who was involved with my work and I am really glad I went with the (entire) team that came out. You guys took care of a stressful situation damn near flawlessly. Thank you!

Its Annie and I am not a paid spokes person but a very satisfied customer of Gem. They have worked for us for years. They are reasonably priced, and always arrive on time and prepared. They are trustworthy and really nice people and I have recommended them many times. They have solved all of our plumbing needs in our home for many years.

Aaron was extremely professional and checked every inch of our home to find a very unique problem obstructing our A/C. I am very appreciative of the manager Tim for sending Aaron out to diagnose an issue that was not resolved the first visit. Outstanding company that I have now used for A/C and plumbing. They will get all my business in the future.

The job is not finished, there are parts to be replaced, they will come back for that. However as a first experience, I’m happy to say that they are very professional and knowledgeable, courteous and respectful to their customers. The service was scheduled in a fast way according to my needs. I will review again after the job gets completed.

Jeff and his apprentice were great! They replaced our water heater today with an industrial equivalent. Very knowledgeable and took the time to show us how to properly maintain it and adjust the settings. They even hauled off the old one for us and left zero mess behind. Highly recommend!

Chuck replaced two toilets and the kitchen faucet in our home. I have used him before and have been very pleased with his work ethic, professional demeanor, and the spotless cleanup he did after completing each system. He was very careful to protect the floors and other surfaces. I appreciate the care he took in our home as he went about this job. He ensured that I knew how to shut off the water for both toilets. I don't ever recall any other plumber providing such a detail. He picked up both toilets from the vendor and he checked the products before he left the big box store. I had mentioned to him before he picked up that I was a bit concerned about damage since the boxes were a little beat up. He was kind enough to assuage my concerns. My main line got clogged and the house started to get flooded. I've called YB and the plumber showed up quickly. He was able to unclogged it with the hydro jet machine they have. I'm very happy with the results.
