When we woke up to a notice on our door that there was a gas leak and on our property thus, needing to turn off our gas, we had no idea who to call. I hopped on Nextdoor and saw reviews from other and decided to give The Plumbing Pros a try.

Carlos stopped by within an hour of contacting his company and provided some recommendations to fix our problem. He provided a couple options and left the decision to us ( No hard sell). Carlos and his team arrived at 7 am the next day as we agreed and begun working. He completely replaced our main water line in the time he said and at the same price quoted. We had a sewer line replaced and routed around the house instead of under the foundation. Everyone we dealt with from In House Plumbing was knowledgeable and courteous. After getting two other estimates I called Shawn who spent quite a while on the phone explaining the good points and bad about our situation and the other bids. He then sent Chris out to do a Free second opinion. This turned out to be a nearly three hour assessment and written estimate. Their bid was in the middle of three but closer to the low end. They scheduled the job quickly, showed up on time each day and even completed slightly early. Workers were respectful of us, our home and property. The final price was exactly the same as the estimate.We were pleased with the entire process and will recommend In House Plumbing to all our friends and family. They are definitely our new plumbing company for all our needs.

Plumbing technician Mike was very helpful and wish I could have engaged him for some of plumbing work needed but Benjamin Franklin is too pricey like most plumbing companies! It just doesn't make sense how these companies price their services so high when it should be at at least half of it.

I am so happy with this company and the plumber. He did an excellent job and the price was great. He also gave me information about the old pipes to my bathtub and gave me an estimate to replace them so the problem wouldn’t happen again. It seems like a very reasonable estimate. Was quoted a pinhole leak in hot water manifold by another plumbing company at over $5000 dollars to repair.
