good honest pricing and they got the job done in no time at all. I called them late on a fri evening as my water heater was leaking and they were out around an hour and a half later with a brand new water heater. I will defo use these guys again in the future

These guys are crooks, stay away. I had a blockage in a rental property and asked Triple Crown Plumbing to inspect and to clear it. I was out of town and they were aware of the fact that I had a tenant there without working plumbing and that I was in a bad situation that needed to be fixed ASAP.

After arriving, they called and told me they were unable to clear the blockage and that most likely I had a collapsed main drain line, but it was late in the day (close to 5pm) and they could not inspect via camera until the next day. The next morning I received a call from Asa who told me that after video inspection, there was mud and debris in the drain indicative of a collapse, and he quoted me nearly $6,000 to tunnel in from the rear to replace that section of pipe.

I decided to have another plumbing company come in for a second opinion, and they discovered that there was in fact a blockage and were able to clear it. They also ran a camera down the line and confirmed there was no drain damage and that it was completely sound. I spoke with Asa afterwards, and made him aware of the fact that there was no drain damage, and that one of his competitors was able to complete the job for me. My offer to him was that if he wanted to make it right, he could refund the fee I paid them for work they were not competent enough to complete in the first place. I never heard from Asa again.

So, after Triple Crown Plumbing tried to steal $6,000 from me, they then had to audacity to not even refund the $250 blockage clearing fee that I paid them, when they did not even clear the blockage they were paid to clear. I have no doubt that Triple Crown Plumbing attempted to take advantage of my situation, and lied to me in order to make a few thousand extra bucks which is pretty despicable. Avoid this company at all costs.

We had a broken pipe in front of our hone. Robert & Sanchez did a great job. They were like detectives finding and repairing the leak. Will definitely use Rodgers plumbing again! Shirley o. The dispatch was also wonderful, responsive and kind!!

This is an older review, but better late than never. I past by one of their trucks today, and said I need to write a review, I never leave reviews but for this I feel I need to. A few years ago I did both bathroom remodels and needed help with some bathroom fixtures, tub handles, leaking shower head, and I found that my outside faucet in the front had a small leak. At the time I had a newborn and needless to say I took on a bigger challenge than expected and needed to call in some help. So I looked around and found a local company CPR, and called. The guys were prompt to come out, like I hung up the phone and they were here. I told them what all I needed done, they looked it over, and gave me a quote. The quote was more than I was prepared for so I told them I would take care of the outside faucet and a couple other things myself when I get time, and agreed on a price for some of the items. They needed to run and get the handles I needed for my tub, since they didn't have those on the truck, but where quick to return. Once they returned they had everything completed in about 45 minutes. When I say everything, I mean everything including the outside faucet I originally needed done. They said don't worry about it, it was easier just to do it while they were here. I was blown away needless to say burning a candle at both ends, I really needed that. I am not sure if what happened to me is a reflection of the company, or who the company hires, either way it was a great experience. I would have been happy with what we agreed on, but since the time they repaired Everything I have had ZERO problems.

Streamline replaced our broken garbage disposal as well as repaired our leaking air gap. Aaron was on time, friendly and knowledgeable - explained what the issues were. Would definitely recommend!

Fast, professional and no BS.

I called on a Saturday for a somewhat urgent repair. While many companies where closed, and most of the few opened did not answer their phones or said they could not come, the friendly staff at Earl’s Plumbing was willing to squeeze us into their busy schedule. Not only did they give me us a pretty accurate estimate on the phone, they were there before the anticipated arrival time they have told us. They were courteous, professional and expedited! Would use them again without hesitation! Highly recommend!

Would highly recommend them. Used them for sewage issues my father-in-law's house and also my daughter's house. Finally got to use them at my place. Wife was smelling occasional whiff of gas around the area where the gas line comes up from the ground to the house. Turned out that initial installers 28 years ago did not wrap pipe coming out of ground, and it corroded through a few inches below ground. Had a tough time getting a reducer off that was between the underground riser and this pipe. as it was severely corroded to the pipe, but Mike was able to grind through enough to release it and get it off. He had to call a helper to run get a fitting so we would not be without heat that night, which he did, and he was able to get me up and going. He wrapped the pipe properly as it should have been 28 years ago, and harmony restored to the universe (at least my part of it, anyway!).

Al and his team helped me replace a water heater. They were extremely helpful navigating issues with my home warranty company, notified me with any updates and were always willing to accommodate any of my requests. The guys showed up on time, went over everything that they were doing with me + gave me some helpful tips. Highly recommended.

Welcome to Dallas Hard Freeze/Snow Storm!! Feb 2021.

Water leaked into the house, I quickly shut off the main. Then the hunt for a plumber started found Ricky; he came to find the leak (Busted Outdoor Water tankless heater), and through the pipe, the water came inside the home. He told me he could order, or I can order ASAP or call for a Warranty. I did order, and luckily I found one in Georgia and came in time. . I called him again, he came to my home on a Sunday and replaced the unit and resealed the pipe.

I highly recommend Ricky. He is honest and a genuine guy.

They came in on time and fixed my clogged drain in 30 min. Very fast and professional.

Tex was great to deal with. I liked that I get to deal with the master plumber/owner. Tex is knowledgeable and has lots of experience in the field. He worked with me to set a time and he was on time and was very helpful to fix our plumbing problem. Thank you!

Worse service ever after I paid Bruce 1000 for so called outdoor irrigation leak. July 21 he made a big mess, said he would come out next to clean the mess as he never showed up, once he completed work sprinkler system didn't come on as he said its not working but he fixed the leak & how he should have charged me more. I had to ask for a receipt as the receipt shows a fake website to the TX State Board. I have reported him doing bad work. He can barely bend down & work is POOR/ I told him the leak is back and he said he would come out but never showed up and claimed he couldn't come til 3 weeks bc hes booked, called his business and his wife says it out of warranty. Nothing but shotty work and 1000.00 down the drain. .

I had a bathtub drain stopped up in a 50 year old house that had never been cleaned out and tub faucets dripping.
Roy the Master Plumber cleaned out the drain, fixed the faucets in a short time with hard work and reasonable price. Great Job

After spending nearly $3000 for a new tankless water heater only a few months ago, I cannot get these people to answer the phone now that the unit is malfunctioning. I called and sent 2 emails….nothing. Lesson learned.
