He explained in detail of what the job would take to make my kitchen sink usable again, and set up for a new dishwasher to be installed. Our home was built in the 70's and has cast iron drain lines under the slab. We have lived here for more than ten years and have had to have work done on the kitchen and laundry lines three times, each time the plumbers went through the slab. Recently the lines began to back up again, this time we were told that the lines were completely broken down and would have to be replaced. After much research online we called In-House Plumbing. Shawn and Chris came out to give us an estimate on rerouting the lines. We were very impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. They answered all of our questions. We received our estimate via email within a few short hours along with a video explanation of the work. They offered financing which was quick and easy to secure.We arranged to begin work the following Monday. The crew came out and everyone was friendly and professional. They worked hard for three days even in the rain to get the job done. I am very pleased with the results. This company goes above and beyond to satisfy their customers and ensure a job well done. I am so happy we found them and will recommend them to everyone I know. Honesty, dependability, and good work ethic are hard to find but with In-House Plumbing you cannot go wrong.

Aaron was extremely professional and checked every inch of our home to find a very unique problem obstructing our A/C. I am very appreciative of the manager Tim for sending Aaron out to diagnose an issue that was not resolved the first visit. Outstanding company that I have now used for A/C and plumbing. I would not waste your time on Alberto because he has no time wasting yours. After speaking with Alberto about my project he asked me to send him my address and we set a plan to meet at my house around 9:30am the following day. By 11:00am the day of our meeting I had not heard from him so I called and he did not answer. Shortly after he sent me a text informing me he did not service my area. I completely understand this. However, he could have let me know this the moment he received my address, but he didn't. He left me waiting. He didn't care enough to communicate to me that he didn't service my area the moment he knew where I lived. He blew me off and wasted my time, because he didn't care. Find someone who cares, even if they aren't getting your business.

My response to the owner: You didn't tell me your service area until I followed up with you to determine if you were still coming. You knew where I lived the day prior when I sent you my address and you didn't bother to inform me you didn't service my area. I had to call you, because I was waiting on you.

I have used them several times, to repair leaks and they even installed a new hose bib when my old one broke..... The plumber was very courteous and knowledgeable and each time he does a job, it’s done right the first time...... never had to call him back on a repair....... I will continue using them, very satisfied!
