He explained in detail of what the job would take to make my kitchen sink usable again, and set up for a new dishwasher to be installed. I had a funny noise when the toilet was flushed and some dirt come up in bathroom sink. Jeff was the gentleman that arrived out to project on the problem. He was great. Explained to me in the way I understood. Had a electrician at my home 2 days before that and still don't know the problem because he seemed like he did not care. I wish it was a Jeff because I know I would of had my answers to that. Great job. We need more Jeff out there working.

I had an under slab sewage and fresh water test done by In-House Plumbing and the service was great. Rick showed up on time first thing in the morning. He was very polite and explained what he was doing, and after finishing up he made sure I was satisfied and didn’t have any unanswered questions.

I had a warranty issue with one of my water heaters. The technician came out and got it fixed at no charge in a timely manner. There was no high pressure sales attached to the service, just in/out and back up and running. I really appreciated the service.

I had Josh come in and do some repairs on the new house my wife and I just bought. Was very worried since it is our first home but Josh was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to point us in the best direction of what was needs to fix vs what could be upgraded. Definitely loved that he was not pushy or wanting to take advantage of my lack of knowledge. I was referred to Alberto at Lovejoy Prime Plumbing by a general contractor. I needed plumbing repaired at my medical clinic. Alberto initially spoke to the contractor and stated that he would be happy to help. I called him twice and texted him 3 times over a four day period and Alberto never responded. This resulted in additional damage to my clinic’s bathroom facilities. I would not recommend Alberto or this company under any circumstances. Truly amazing that he has been able to stay in business with such unprofessional practices. Disappointing, to say the least. Do not count on Lovejoy Prime Plumbing in an emergency, as it will not end well!

Called Diego back to finish a tile floor install after multiple problems with Lowe's. (Word to the wise: if you're thinking of using Lowe's installation services for remodeling, don't.) Diego did a great job with the flooring and even installed the new toilet, too. I had them out a few weeks prior to work on some fascia boards and that went nicely as well. I have no reservations about recommending HomePro for any repair needs.

We’ve used Staggs plumbing in the past and have always been happy with their service and professionalism. We contacted them recently for a problem we were having with a toilet. Corey was on time, friendly, and even showed us where we could find a coupon online for a discount! He not only found and fixed the issue, but determined the root cause and told us how to avoid it going forward. It was raining and muddy outside and he put covers over his shoes so he didn’t track anything in the house. Our normally barky dogs who hate strangers in the house stopped barking at him after a bit!
