What a stress free and seamless experience we had with this company. Our pipes were backed up and we could not figure out what the root cause was. Well, Michael came by and was able to let us know that it was indeed a root problem! He was very knowledgeable about our situation and helped us come up with a plan for the here and now and for the future as we will eventually need more work done. He was able to get our pipes cleared out enough to go back to normal until the major work needs to be done (root removal). Without Michael, we would have never known where the root was or that it was indeed the issue. Very reasonable and highly recommended! Thank you, Plumbing Pros!

Heather is exceptional, she is kind and compassionate. She tries her best to make you feel better in the worst times when your AC's out or your plumbing is backed up. Every time I call I know I will get over and above the standard help. This was my 3 mishap this summer. Bryan the AC guy was great too. You can tell that Ben Masquelier takes pride in his work because he did an excellent job installing a new hot water heater for us. He's professional and courteous and answered all my questions.

Until today these folks rated 5 stars from me. I called them, explained exactly the problem. They sent out a plumber who said he was not interested in replacing my water heater circulation pump. In case this was a one-off visit from a sleepy apprentice, I called to check with the office. She agreed. Must be contagious and has spread throughout the company. DOA.

Aaron was extremely professional and checked every inch of our home to find a very unique problem obstructing our A/C. I am very appreciative of the manager Tim for sending Aaron out to diagnose an issue that was not resolved the first visit. Outstanding company that I have now used for A/C and plumbing. They will get all my business in the future.

I had the worst experience with this team. I called in and scheduled a 2 hour slot in the morning for next day appointment. Within 2 hours, i called in and asked whether we can reschedule 2 days after my original appointment because i was expecting a Chandelier and wanted to complete installation of the same along with other work. Also i asked whether the hourly rate would come down if the work takes more than 3 or 4 hours

The person on the phone acted like he didn't understand my request and i had to explain multiple times. He suddenly started with the abusive language and i asked him whether is this the way you treat your customer. He continued and disconnected the phone. When i followed up with an email, i got the reply stating that i used the abusive language.

I have recorded the whole conversation and it is pretty evident. I would never use their services. Let wanted the people to know.

Fred arrived at our home on time. He was honest, profession and spent over an hour explaining what all needs to be done. I have never had a plummer explanation so detailed. Good job.

Streamline got me on their schedule fast, had reasonable costs and even found a leak on my stove gasoline that was installed incorrectly by the previous owner. Super thankful for their honest work. They are now my go to plumber

Chuck was a life saver! My sink developed a horrible clog on a Sunday night. Chuck answered his phone that Sunday night and was able to come out the next day. He fixed my sink, as well as reconfiguring the pipes underneath and installing a garbage disposal. He did a great job and it's working like a charm! Thanks, Chuck!

Had great experience will use them again in future though couldn’t get my tub to leak very happy with services would use again. They did everything they could to find problem and fixed what they thought might help
