Brent was in communication with me from the time we set the appointment and he showed up when he said he would. Quick diagnosis and fixed for a reasonable price. The home warranty people would have let us go two weeks with no hot water but Strittmatter took care of us the same day.

Mr. Landry did a great job of repairing a broken water line at the meter. We received same day service at a reasonable price.

Brian and Gery both are very honest, knowledgeable, punctual and fairly priced. Very satisfied with the service, will use and recommend them to friends & family.

Called Staggs yesterday for an appt today. A person actually answered the phone. Jeff alerted me that he was on his way which was helpful. He quickly diagnosed a simple problem that had been misdiagnosed by another company. He and his partner were courteous, thorough and very professional. They did not rush through the job and made extra sure my leaks were fixed before they left.
I stongly recommend Staggs for prompt response, quality repairs and total professionalism.

They replaced my water heaters back in November. Quick, efficient, very fair price. Yesterday I found a small pipe leak (nothing to do with the water heaters). They came out today and had the problem taken care of in a couple of hours. Highly recommended!

After getting 2 estimates for a main water line replacement (big leak), I called O’Bryan because they had very good reviews. They not only said they could do the work the next morning at 8AM but they matched my lowest estimate. The three man crew showed up right on time, were extremely professional and worked hard all day in the 109 degree heat! The follow up was good as well. I highly recommend based on my experience.

(Update: I see your reply below where you stated you called me about this, you guys never called me about this. I didn't need a phone call anyway, already hired someone else. Also, I never hung up on anybody and my water heater did not cost $600, yiu don't even know which one I have....blatant lies. I am definitely no longer disappointed I couldn't hire them because as you can see they are very passive aggressive in their replies to other reviewers as well.)So disappointed we couldn't hire them. Just FYI: if you've already purchased a tankless they won't install it. The reasons are obvious....I don't blame them for wanting to make all the money, but I already picked the one I wanted. They had plenty of excuses as to why, which I'm sure they will respond with below. I just wanted the job done. I really wanted to see if they were a good company like the other reviews state. Too bad for them because I also need all the pipes under my house replaced next year, but they failed the initial try out job. I anyways hire a company to do a small job first to test the quality before moving onto bigger things. Oh well....on to the next one :/

Javier did the work. He was awesome! The work was completed quickly. He did the job with minimal destruction to adjacent property. He was neat and knowledgeable.
Thus far, I have asked him for estimates on other work. I have referred him to a friend and to one of my sons.
This was one of the best repair experiences I have ever had.

I called at 11am and a plumber arrived by 1pm! I was so excited to get same day service. Phantom repaired my faucet in 30 minutes and the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

Not only were they able to get a slab leak specialist crew at my house quickly, Mike and Steve expertly diagnosed the leak and fixed the problem with the precision of heart surgeons performing bypass surgery or inserting stents in an aorta to save a life. In this case, they saved me from the massive disruption that can result from inept plumbers hammering through a slab unnecessarily. They are my heroes!

These folks are top notch. Called them when I was in a lurch and on a tight timeframe. I got lucky and someone was available to come out right away. What do I mean by right away? Within 20 minutes. They came out to look at the issues I had. Told me what needed to happen and didn't charge a dime for the visit. I called Sarah at the office to express my gratitude and she explained that they had done away with trip fees.
