Carlos stopped by within an hour of contacting his company and provided some recommendations to fix our problem. He provided a couple options and left the decision to us ( No hard sell). Carlos and his team arrived at 7 am the next day as we agreed and begun working. He completely replaced our main water line in the time he said and at the same price quoted. Would not hesitate to use Carlos for future jobs.

I was trying to replace my leaking water pressure regulator valve myself on Sunday, but run into an dilemma and could not fit the new in. I need to get it done so my family can get water back. I contacted several plumbers to help, and luckily get Wally available on weekend. He is professional, talent, and get job done his good work on Sunday, I asked him to come over today again to fix my backyard leaking garden faucet. He did a good job today again. He has lots of special plumbing tools, which make him to do the plumbing job efficient. Wally is a nice, easy going guy. I recommend him.

Wow, just wow!!! Steve, Carlos and the crew have all been outstanding. When I bought my house last year, I contracted Devard's to replace the 3 AC and furnace units in this house, and I was pleasantly surprised by the level or professionalism and customer service provided. I have since had Carlos install ceiling fans, new outlets and the electric car charger in my garage. I couldn't be happier.

I can easily say this is by far the best customer service experience I have ever had in this space, and that is across four houses over 20 years.

We had a sewer line replaced and routed around the house instead of under the foundation. Everyone we dealt with from In House Plumbing was knowledgeable and courteous. After getting two other estimates I called Shawn who spent quite a while on the phone explaining the good points and bad about our situation and the other bids. He then sent Chris out to do a Free second opinion. This turned out to be a nearly three hour assessment and written estimate. Their bid was in the middle of three but closer to the low end. They scheduled the job quickly, showed up on time each day and even completed slightly early. Workers were respectful of us, our home and property. The final price was exactly the same as the estimate.We were pleased with the entire process and will recommend In House Plumbing to all our friends and family. They are definitely our new plumbing company for all our needs.

I have known this family for many many years and Stan came to my home with his son Chase and helped me out of a bind on two different occasions once on his weekend where plumbers usually don't take your calls!! Very genuine & knowledgeable. I will always trust him with my plumbing needs!

We found a very small leak, but wasn't sure where it was coming from. Josh and his team came out, thoroughly assessed the situation, then fixed the problem the next day. They were all professional and made sure we understood the problem and how they were going to fix it. We will definitely be using them again.
