Carlos stopped by within an hour of contacting his company and provided some recommendations to fix our problem. He provided a couple options and left the decision to us ( No hard sell). Carlos and his team arrived at 7 am the next day as we agreed and begun working. He completely replaced our main water line in the time he said and at the same price quoted. Would not hesitate to use Carlos for future jobs.

Asa came as soon as possible and was quick to diagnose the issue. He was also willing to look at other leaking problems we had. He offered to fix our problem right away which is greatly appreciated. I would hire his company again!

Wanted to see about getting a tankless hot water heater, they came out and gave us options that were friendly to our pocket book not only now but down the line, also ended up having our sprinkler system fixed. The guys were prompt, kept us in the loop about what was going on and did a great job all around. Will recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing services as they were just all around awesome.

Ryan and his assistant(sorry, can't remember his name) did a great job. They were very knowledgeable and professional. They kept us up to date on the progress. Everything is working and we are pleased.

I called Dallas Hydro Jet services to clean out my sewer lines and they came out the same day. I’m very pleased with the service they provided and will use they again in the future.

We are beyond disappointed in the quality of the service from ALD. They came to our home because we knew we had a leak under our kitchen. The first red flag was that they required a signed contract before they even came to the house, so that was our mistake. The tech that arrived didn't introduce himself, was non-communicative even after my husband and I asked numerous questions (mind you, they charge just shy of $300 for something I now know other companies charge $99) and left our house with A. no sense of urgency about our issue B. told us it would be very expensive but didn't give us any idea how much. I phoned the company numerous times over the next 48 hours to get the report (again, something the company who had to handle our emergency situation was able to produce after re-diagnosing the leak). The report we were eventually sent included photos that were not even of our home, but someone else's. We did schedule the repair with ALD but the earliest they said they could come was 10 days out. We woke up Saturday morning to find our kitchen floor split from the pressure of the leak and I had to SCRAMBLE to find an emergency plumber. Thankfully we did, they were responsive, said we should have been told this needed to be repaired ASAP, and they did so. ALD owes us the money for the appointment back but I assume their signed contract is a way to insure that I never see it. I don't know how this company has such positive reviews but our experience was horrible.
