Ok, so if you gotta call a plumber, it's great to use one that shows up on time, and is courteous, professional, knowledgeable, thorough and meticulous. Very difficult to do better than the job performed by Triple Crown.

Even though this company is in Texas and I am in South Carolina, they just saved me $500 from an unscrupulous plumber by publishing a post on their website which perfectly described the scam that my plumber was trying to run. I really appreciate that they are not only acting professionally but are sharing their expertise in order to make their entire industry more professional.

We have used Rogers Plumbing for well over ten years for our residential needs. Heard a faint hissing noise in one of the bathrooms. Turned off all shutoffs, still hissing . Called Shirley at Rogers. Robert and Daniel were dispatched. Robert located the issue via the crawl space. The cracked copper line was inaccessible from below. The water closet was removed and Robert surgically removed a minimal portion of the wet wall. Repairs made in less than four hours. Robert was able to patch the wall with the cutout section. I had envisioned having to repair the wall opening myself and resetting the WC. Unless you knew the story you would not know that any repairs were done.

I had the worst experience with this team. I called in and scheduled a 2 hour slot in the morning for next day appointment. Within 2 hours, i called in and asked whether we can reschedule 2 days after my original appointment because i was expecting a Chandelier and wanted to complete installation of the same along with other work. Also i asked whether the hourly rate would come down if the work takes more than 3 or 4 hours

The person on the phone acted like he didn't understand my request and i had to explain multiple times. He suddenly started with the abusive language and i asked him whether is this the way you treat your customer. He continued and disconnected the phone. When i followed up with an email, i got the reply stating that i used the abusive language.

I have recorded the whole conversation and it is pretty evident. I would never use their services. Let wanted the people to know.

I have used this company 3 times now after a referral from my insurance company. All 3 plumbers have been very experienced and efficient. However, I came here to write a review for Peter. He diagnosed and repaired a complex problem with tankless water heaters and recirculating pumps that a few other companies didn’t even think to check. He immediately saw the problem, double checked himself with the management, and proceeded to perfectly fix the problem.
