He explained in detail of what the job would take to make my kitchen sink usable again, and set up for a new dishwasher to be installed. We have a dual water heater configuration plumbed in sequence in our attic. One of our water heaters went out. The guys came out immediately to assess the situation and made a plan to replace the faulty unit while improving the overall configuration. The cost was reasonable and the execution was outstanding. A great group of guys! Highly recommended.

Tracy was professional, polite, pleasant. He explained and went above and beyond checking out my furnace. He also taught me that about my carbon monoxide monitor that I didn't even know I had. He kept me informed and updated of what he was doing and how things were going. A nice guy. Professional friendly, business like. No complaints or suggestions whatsoever. I find this Devard's heat air electric & plumbing company on next door, going by the reviews I contact them and tell them about a house I purchased and its AC system needs the annual preventative maintenance plus flushing its drainage pipe/s making sure its not clogged as the house inspector noted.
I call them and explain all this to the lady who answered, she asks me to send them the inspector notes for them to see so they know what they need and what to do when on site, and I send them these inspector notes from the report itself, by now 3 days already passed, I do not hear from them, I call again and the lady answers telling me she needs to speak to the “manager” (so looks like the lady cannot do any scheduling unless go through the manager, a bit weird but whatever) a day or two passes by, I call and lady goes: the manager said he needs to the full house inspector report, and I go I have sent you all the notes related to the HVAC, why the manager wants to see the full report which got nothing to do with the HVAC, what the manager got to do with seeing the full report.
2 or 3 days go by till the lady calls and leaves a message about me being blessed since the manager agreed for the lady to go ahead and put me on their service schedule, when I decided I am not using this company.
They wasted around 10 days of my time and my need, I think greedy companies nowadays they only want to show up at your doorstep to change the AC unit for 15K and do not want to service them for $100, companies and people not looking further than their nose tip and not thinking about their kids future which going to pay for this greediness.

Jackie was very nice. He educated me on the tests he was performing so I could understand his findings. He answered all of my questions and did so respectfully. He was very knowledgeable, and respectful, he even took his shoes off when he came inside even though I didn't ask him to.

I called Arod Plumbing to come out and repair a damaged shut off valve to my washing machine. When he answered the phone, I explained my situation and he immediately stated that he could take care of my TODAY (aka same day service) and to text him my number. We found a very small leak, but wasn't sure where it was coming from. Josh and his team came out, thoroughly assessed the situation, then fixed the problem the next day. They were all professional and made sure we understood the problem and how they were going to fix it. We will definitely be using them again.

I've used Rodgers Plumbing for years now. They really came to the rescue this morning when I had a hard to get to leak under the house. There was lots of water and was a hard to get to spot to repair. They fixed it timely at a reasonable price.
