Carlos stopped by within an hour of contacting his company and provided some recommendations to fix our problem. He provided a couple options and left the decision to us ( No hard sell). Carlos and his team arrived at 7 am the next day as we agreed and begun working. He completely replaced our main water line in the time he said and at the same price quoted. Would not hesitate to use Carlos for future jobs.

I contacted Plumbing Services to inspect my gas hot water heater, flush out the tank and clean the gas burner - periodic upkeep needed for any hot water heater to keep it functioning properly. Mac was my technician. He obviously had a lot of experience. He was courteous, quick and professional. Jumped right in and did a great job. He had all his tools and equipment ready to go at the end of the job and left the place clean and tidy. My previous long-time plumber retired so I've been asking about a new one. A friend recommended Plumbing and I'm glad he did. They're my new plumbers from now on.

In-House Plumbing Company Plumber
I had a company I was using in the past that did good work for a reasonable price but I just felt the guys doing the work were often rude with no customer relations skills. I had seen in house plumbing ads before and they seem to have good reviews so I gave them a call.I called in house because I was concerned I may have a leak and wanted a test done. I called and they were able to send a plumber out the next day. Rick showed up on time and was very nice and explained the testing process. He came back with the results, no leak. Payment was easy and receipt was emailed.I was pleased with the service and response.

Gem Plumbing Co Plumber
Water Heater gave up this winter after 10 years of service. I scrambled to find a Plumbing service to avoid cold water. Found Gem Plumbing and placed the call. They were very responsive and scheduled the service for next day. Stan and and his help arrived on time. Looked at the unit and it needed replacement due to internal leak. They went and got the new unit, and the heater was up running within few hours. They explained all the components in the heater. Learned much more about water heater.

Very Thankful for their service. Price is reasonable. Service is great. Courteous and Professional. Absolutely satisfied with quality of work. Saved them as Favorite for my future work need. Will share their info in my network as needed. Thank you Stan for your work and help.

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Plumber
We noticed a severe drop in water pressure from our kitchen faucet right before a big winter freeze, so we figured finding a plumber in a timely manner was going to be difficult. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing came through in a big way. They were able to come within a couple of days (much better than the week wait every where else) and were following COVID protocols. The communication from scheduling to payment was on point.Robert was our plumber and was extremely understanding and accommodating with our strict N95 mask policy (which we provided) due to our high-risk household. He came in, assessed the problem and found that both valves were old and leaking. I also asked if he could replace our faucet while he was there which he was happy to do. He provided about a 2 hour ETA for completion. We had our valves replaced and faucet installed quickly, provided photos of the damage, kept the box on hand of the new faucet so we could record any needed info, and was on his way in about an hour.Received all receipts and documentation electronically and within the hour of Robert leaving. The service was quick, we were well informed, and treated courteously. I'm very grateful my mother recommended them and I will definitely use them again if needed (knock on wood!)

Rodgers Plumbing Plumber
We have used Rogers Plumbing for well over ten years for our residential needs. Heard a faint hissing noise in one of the bathrooms. Turned off all shutoffs, still hissing . Called Shirley at Rogers. Robert and Daniel were dispatched. Robert located the issue via the crawl space. The cracked copper line was inaccessible from below. The water closet was removed and Robert surgically removed a minimal portion of the wet wall. Repairs made in less than four hours. Robert was able to patch the wall with the cutout section. I had envisioned having to repair the wall opening myself and resetting the WC. Unless you knew the story you would not know that any repairs were done.

Highly recommend!!

Thorough Plumbing Plumber
I called Thorough Plumbing looking to get an estimate on an issue with our restrooms. Jeff answered the phone call and gave me his honest, straightforward opinion on the cost and timing of the job. He also took the time to explain a few things so that I would have a better understanding on how to find the most cost-efficient way to tackle the issue. It was refreshing to have a phone conversation that was courteous, professional, and informative. Thanks, Jeff.

Called Diego back to finish a tile floor install after multiple problems with Lowe's. (Word to the wise: if you're thinking of using Lowe's installation services for remodeling, don't.) Diego did a great job with the flooring and even installed the new toilet, too. I had them out a few weeks prior to work on some fascia boards and that went nicely as well. I have no reservations about recommending HomePro for any repair needs.

Staggs Plumbing Plumber
Very expensive. $395 for an outdoor leaky faucet which could have been fixed with washer replacement. Never use them again. But they do answer the phone, which is more than I can say about some others.
Added 11 hours later after reading response from owner (who was not there, and neither was I). We are all busy people and yes, I did authorize the work. And I did inspect the old part afterwards. All valves are designed to eventually leak and be repaired. When it leaks from the orifice, either the gasket material is damaged or the metal surface is damaged. This cannot be assessed just by looking at it especially 15 feet away. The correct diagnostic procedure would have been to replace the gasket and see whether that stopped the leak. If it did not, then you replace the valve. Replacing the entire valve is much more expensive and exposes the exterior wall to potential damage. In hindsight, I regret authorizing the work and just paid him for the visit.
