Best New Faucets in Plano TX

I like these guys. I will continue to look to them for future work.

We were renovating our house for sale this past Spring and Stan easily worked around the erratic schedules of several other contractors. He removed and then later re-installed our pedestal sink and toilet to allow us to put in new flooring, he put in a new sink facet, fixed a broken outside facet and more. He was a pleasure to work with and I had no problem coordinating the work with him via text and phone.

Ben was on time and so friendly and pleasant. Reconnected a sink for me quickly and efficiently. I could not have asked for a better technician.

I've used Rodgers Plumbing for years now. They really came to the rescue this morning when I had a hard to get to leak under the house. There was lots of water and was a hard to get to spot to repair. They fixed it timely at a reasonable price.

Our water heater broke and thanks to Jeff and his wife who came to our rescue immediately, we were able to stop the flooring and had hot water to shower last night. So grateful that we found them through Next Door. Highly recommend this husband and wife team. Cannot be happier!

I needed a plumber on a Sunday to unclog the drain in my house. Best Quality Plumbing was one of the few local plumbers that advertised they were open 24 hours. When I called, Chuck actually answered the phone. Most plumbers have an answering machine or service where you have to wait for them to call you back. I have had experiences where they never call you back. It seems like many plumbers only want to be a Monday - Friday plumber. Chuck arrived within an hour. He was friendly and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He was professional, worked quickly and solved my problem. He was also priced below what other plumbers quoted. I would recommend Best Quality Plumbing to others.

We came home from vacation to find a leak in our yard. Called Allred for a quote and they sent someone out within a couple of hours, right at the beginning of the timeframe I was given. They got the repair done promptly and at the lower end of the range I was quoted. He worked to keep the cost down by saving one of our existing parts. We will be calling Allred for all of our plumbing needs going forward.

Canon and Aaron quickly diagnosed our issue that previous plumbers could not resolve after two previous visits. And rather then just trying to sell us a replacement water heater they took the time to discuss our needs and plans for the future to suggest various options with estimates. After choosing the direction we wanted to go, they took the time to explain everything they did and answered all our questions and ensured our final invoice matched what we had talked about and had agreed to.Very professional and courteous - exceptional customer service. Worse service ever after I paid Bruce 1000 for so called outdoor irrigation leak. July 21 he made a big mess, said he would come out next to clean the mess as he never showed up, once he completed work sprinkler system didn't come on as he said its not working but he fixed the leak & how he should have charged me more. I had to ask for a receipt as the receipt shows a fake website to the TX State Board. I have reported him doing bad work. He can barely bend down & work is POOR/ I told him the leak is back and he said he would come out but never showed up and claimed he couldn't come til 3 weeks bc hes booked, called his business and his wife says it out of warranty. Nothing but shotty work and 1000.00 down the drain. .
