Had a yard leak and he located and fixed super fast. Will definitely use again.

Update: 2 weeks after my yard leak was fixed I had an upstairs sink not draining. Checked underneath and spotted multiple leaks. Michael came out the next morning, diagnosed the initial issue that caused the sink to back up (the sink shares a drain line with AC and there was a bad algae buildup) fixed the blocked, and multiple bad fittings under the sink to stop all the drips caused by bad work from previous handyman.

I highly recommend using this company.

Until today these folks rated 5 stars from me. I called them, explained exactly the problem. They sent out a plumber who said he was not interested in replacing my water heater circulation pump. In case this was a one-off visit from a sleepy apprentice, I called to check with the office. She agreed. Must be contagious and has spread throughout the company. DOA.

The handle for one of the flush valves on my tankless hot water heater snapped off while turning it to open. I was preparing the unit for its annual flush to de-scale the pipes.One of their trucks had a cancellation and was available to come to my house for the work right away.I asked them to replace both flush valves at the same time and the work was completed very quickly and we were back operating in 90 minutes.I feel the price was very reasonable and the service and professionalism provided an outstanding value.I will be recommending this company to all of my friends whenever possible.
