In-House Plumbing performed a leak test, leak location test and subsequent repair of 3 sewer leaks. Their prices were reasonable and they were quick to come out to start the repair. What really impressed me was the customer service. Chris answered many questions throughout the process. They never let much time go by before they returned a call to set up an appointment or answer a question.The plumbers informed us along the way what they were doing and what they found. They seemed very knowledgeable. They were also able to avoid going in through the floor to do any repairs.I was very happy with the service provided.

Brent was in communication with me from the time we set the appointment and he showed up when he said he would. Quick diagnosis and fixed for a reasonable price. The home warranty people would have let us go two weeks with no hot water but Strittmatter took care of us the same day.

Had an issue with a toilet on the weekend. They came out, diagnosed and fixed the issue. Timely, friendly, professional and very reasonable considering it was a Sunday. There was no extra fee for the weekend. The technician was simply fantastic. Would definitely hire them again!

We first called to get an estimate and they sent Keith out which by the way needs a significant raise because he was courteous, upfront, knowledgeable and everything else that's great about a very good business! We had gotten other estimates but y'all couldn't be beat! Then y'all sent Jorge which we feel the same way about him as we do Keith!!! Then we decided to use y'all and the crew y'all led by Jeff was outstanding and professional! I could go on but I think y'all get it that WE RECOMMEND BILLYGO PLUMBING! Chuck was a lifesaver. He answered his phone at night time and came in 20 minutes. He fixed our problem temporarily for that night and came back next day early morning and all fixed for good. Very reasonable price and knowledgable with good heart. He did great job!!!

I received a courtesy text from the company and the field specialist to let me know he was in route and the estimated arrival time. Ken was polite and thoroughly explained the process for detecting the leak.
