Carlos stopped by within an hour of contacting his company and provided some recommendations to fix our problem. He provided a couple options and left the decision to us ( No hard sell). Carlos and his team arrived at 7 am the next day as we agreed and begun working. He completely replaced our main water line in the time he said and at the same price quoted. Would not hesitate to use Carlos for future jobs.

Trying to do a “simple” repair to our upstairs shower nearly turned into a disaster. Big thanks to Richard Garcia for coming out in a timely manner (on a Sunday) and not making me feel like an idiot. Price was fair given it was a Sunday afternoon. I will be using Triple Crown again.

We are completely satisfied with the foundation leak repair done by In-House Plumbing - from the first contact with them to the conclusion of the repair. Every person was cordial and professional. They were punctual with appointments and very careful in protecting our home during the foundation entry--covering carpet, furniture, etc. We hope we don't need this kind of foundation leak repair again, but if we do, we will call In-House. We recommend them without reservation.

Outstanding service, from the office to the field. I spoke with Donna in the office about my problem, she had a plumber, Charlie, at my house in 30 minutes. He was nice, well dressed, and did a professional job for a reasonable price. Very pleased, highly recommend.

Made an appoint to fix hot water heater. They said 5 days, then called back and said it would be 3 weeks before they could come out. Dishonest people. Do not use!!

We used Rodgers Plumbing for home drain cleaning and installation of new washing machine valves. The plumbers were prompt, professional and courteous. Their work was high quality and their pricing was fair. I'll be using them for any future plumbing needs.

Brent was in communication with me from the time we set the appointment and he showed up when he said he would. Quick diagnosis and fixed for a reasonable price. The home warranty people would have let us go two weeks with no hot water but Strittmatter took care of us the same day.

I had Staggs come out last week as my faucet was loose on my kitchen sink. My wife had to buy the part which is fine, however we were charged 275.00 to put the faucet on.. I reached out to Ruth, who is a nice lady but still has not given me a straight answer, how did you calculate a 275.00 charge for such a simple service. I have called 2x and emailed multiple times. Ruth did respond and said that is what other companies charge for that service.. that is NOT an answer!!!!! I emailed Ruth the day before Thanksgiving and she responded stating they were closing down early because of the holiday and she would respond to me on Friday. No call, no email. I was told there was a 75.00 trip charge and if we use their service, the 75.00 charge would be applied to the balance, so why was I charged 275.00 and not 200.00... I have not heard back from them so I don't know. Shop around before calling them as it seems they pretty much charge whatever they want without explanation as to why. If they would just communicate with me, I would not have given 1 star rating.

Spent 300 dollar for them not to fix the problem now luckily the response of the manager was condescending and almost a joke. Anyways I lost my money , just a warning about how my experience was with this company.

CPR is awesome!! They really know how to treat their customers. I will always use them for any repairs I have.

We first called to get an estimate and they sent Keith out which by the way needs a significant raise because he was courteous, upfront, knowledgeable and everything else that's great about a very good business! We had gotten other estimates but y'all couldn't be beat! Then y'all sent Jorge which we feel the same way about him as we do Keith!!! Called him on the Sunday night of Thanksgiving weekend. Came quickly, got our sewage going to the right place and never looked in rush.

I had a leaking pipe underneath my bathroom sink. It turned out to be cracked and needed replacement. Jason and the other technician were very helpful and professional. It was an urgent repair and they came out quickly. I would not hesitate to you them again. I will be using them now on for all future plumbing repairs.
