Michael arrived on time and got straight to work. Asked him a few questions and was informed of the costs to do the repairs. We learned we needed a new hydrant faucet and Michael procured one for us which was above the quoted cost. We agreed to replace it and expected to incur that costs above the original quote. This is a story of how Chuck puts his customers above his own personal life...at least in my situation. Our hot water heater started spewing water all over our garage, on the afternoon of Monday, 1/7. I did a quick search for local plumbers and found that Chuck had great reviews on Google. After calling him, he came out within an hour or so to assess the situation. He determined that the heater needed to be replaced. He was already booked on Tuesday, but he managed to fit us in after his other job site...and was at our house until the job was done around 8:30PM! When I thanked him for doing this so quickly, he told me that when he saw my wife holding our baby (just one month old), he told me he said to himself this family has a baby...they need hot water. Chuck has an excellent work ethic and he is sensitive to client's personal situations. Great plumber, great guy!

Called Diego back to finish a tile floor install after multiple problems with Lowe's. (Word to the wise: if you're thinking of using Lowe's installation services for remodeling, don't.) Diego did a great job with the flooring and even installed the new toilet, too. I had them out a few weeks prior to work on some fascia boards and that went nicely as well. I have no reservations about recommending HomePro for any repair needs.

Called Randy Watson early Saturday afternoon to help replace two shut off valves under the sink in the guest bathroom. Randy arrived shortly after the call and quickly removed the old shut off valves and replaced them quickly. While waiting for Randy the water was shut off to our house and we now have running water. My wife Mary and I are both extremely pleased with the prompt arrival and speedy repair. Thanks Randy for a job well done.

Have used Speakes twice and had great service both times. A competitor quoted us $450 to install what they called a luxury kitchen faucet. With Speakes it was a quarter of that.
