Mike was the best plumber! I had another plumbing company come out 4 times that couldn’t fix my issue. Mike came out and had it fixed in an hour. He was so nice, knowledgeable, and he explained everything to me. I will never use another plumber after this great experience.

Called Diego back to finish a tile floor install after multiple problems with Lowe's. (Word to the wise: if you're thinking of using Lowe's installation services for remodeling, don't.) Diego did a great job with the flooring and even installed the new toilet, too. I had them out a few weeks prior to work on some fascia boards and that went nicely as well. I have no reservations about recommending HomePro for any repair needs.

Called Randy Watson early Saturday afternoon to help replace two shut off valves under the sink in the guest bathroom. Randy arrived shortly after the call and quickly removed the old shut off valves and replaced them quickly. While waiting for Randy the water was shut off to our house and we now have running water. My wife Mary and I are both extremely pleased with the prompt arrival and speedy repair. Thanks Randy for a job well done.

Couldn't be happier with your guys (Daniel and Max). Arrived promptly and got right to work. Replaced 2 water heaters, upstairs in the attic in really hot conditions. Both were very courteous, personable and hard working. Cleaned up everything before they left. These two young men were great representatives for your company. Recently I called them for fixing dipping for my outdoor faucet. They came next day and fixed the problem. I was happy with the service. Jim was really good, he helped me to change the vacuum cap for the other facut.

Oh my gosh! This is highly regardedas the best professional service I've had in a long time! Nicholas was on time, he was patient. Answered my 15 thousand questions and stayed until he repaired the issue with my kitchen sink. He was super kind and my little doggie liked him too! I have decided to share this company with my neighbors because of Nicholas. MAJOR RIPPOFF !!! Kitchen sink had slow drain and you charged $450 to snake it What a ripoff! If I didn’t have to catch a flight I would have did the simple job with my drain auger. I will let everyone I know your sneaky tactics .

I had an emergency with my plumbing. I called 8 local companies before I was told to call Chad at Cole’s Plumbing. He came instantly. I really believe the good Lord above was watching over me!! He had to deal with a corroded pipe that was about to break and cause a tremendous amount of damage. It was NOT an easy fix. I watched him the entire time and recognized he knew exactly what he was doing

Highly recommend this family owned business. Twice now, a master plumber from Gary's has come to fix plumbing issues that large Dallas companies wrote estimates for ...into the thousands. Each time, a gentleman from Gary's fixed the problem for the price of a service call. Bye-bye Levy's and Baker Brothers.
