Update: 2 weeks after my yard leak was fixed I had an upstairs sink not draining. Checked underneath and spotted multiple leaks. Michael came out the next morning, diagnosed the initial issue that caused the sink to back up (the sink shares a drain line with AC and there was a bad algae buildup) fixed the blocked, and multiple bad fittings under the sink to stop all the drips caused by bad work from previous handyman.

I highly recommend using this company.

1st let me start by saying the initial phone call to the office was great all the ladies there are very sweet and very professional. They got someone to my house asap. Bill new right away what the problem was and when my new dishwasher arrived the plumbers Joe and Matthew came to install it, when they pulled my old dishwasher out they found a couple of problems, I asked what I needed to do Joe said it was no problem he fixed it right then and there for me. The guys were very polite very professional . I highly recommend this company if you need any Plumbing work I would give them more than five stars if Google would let me.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Carlos stopped by within an hour of contacting his company and provided some recommendations to fix our problem. He provided a couple options and left the decision to us ( No hard sell). Carlos and his team arrived at 7 am the next day as we agreed and begun working. He completely replaced our main water line in the time he said and at the same price quoted. Would not hesitate to use Carlos for future jobs.

This company is one of the best we have found, they arrive on time and do the job quickly I would certainly call them again if needed

So I left a pretty awful review because there was a mess left after a task done on my house today…. The work in of itself was done well, I was just told to clean the mess up myself…. I got a call a few minutes later from the manager and he told me was good and they are going to clean up no problem. I appreciate the fast response and customer service y’all. I have used In House Plumbing now on 2 separate occasions - 3 years apart - for the same thing - repairing a sewer line leak underneath the foundation of my home.Tearing out flooring to dig a hole in your Foundarion is not a fun thing to have happen but In House Plumbing handled the job like pros.From initial leak detection test (which is most competitively priced in the metroplex) to isolation test to actual repairing of leak - this company is the best. They prepped the area and staged the job excellently by stacking the dirt in buckets. The leaks were exactly where they had indicated in the isolation test and then reconfirmed by blocking off the system and filling up the lines. The site manager showed my the leaks before doing the repair work confirming what was found. Once repairs were completed, they retested system with me observing to confirm the work was done properly. Outside of having holes on the flooring where the repair was done (which is expected), you couldn’t tell they were there. Excellent job of cleaning up from all work.I highly recommend In House Plumbing for any foundation plumbing repairs or testing.

I called to ask if he serviced the Dallas area because my company wanted to partner for a launch and send our new customers his way, however, he called me a b*tch and said many other curse words. Our customers will be sent else where. Never have I ever heard someone in business speak that way. Do NOT get a service from this imbecile. He is rude and has a nasty attitude and tasteless language!

David was very knowledgeable. He saw the problem with my Rinnai tankless water heater. Confirming the diagnosis Rinnai had given me. While he was here I had him trouble shoot the toilet in master bath. Had him fix that too.Very satisfied and impressed.

I can't sing their praises enough, Josh and his crew at Ashcroft plumbing went above and beyond with getting us a new hot water heater. Josh was extremely thorough with the install and knowledgeable in doing things the right way. He didn't cut any corners and was super helpful. His crew was very careful with the install and even cleaned up nicely afterwards. He's unlike any plumber we've ever used!

Brent was in communication with me from the time we set the appointment and he showed up when he said he would. Quick diagnosis and fixed for a reasonable price. The home warranty people would have let us go two weeks with no hot water but Strittmatter took care of us the same day.

I was referred to Alberto at Lovejoy Prime Plumbing by a general contractor. I needed plumbing repaired at my medical clinic. Alberto initially spoke to the contractor and stated that he would be happy to help. I called him twice and texted him 3 times over a four day period and Alberto never responded. This resulted in additional damage to my clinic’s bathroom facilities. I would not recommend Alberto or this company under any circumstances. Truly amazing that he has been able to stay in business with such unprofessional practices. Disappointing, to say the least. Do not count on Lovejoy Prime Plumbing in an emergency, as it will not end well!
