Update: 2 weeks after my yard leak was fixed I had an upstairs sink not draining. Checked underneath and spotted multiple leaks. Michael came out the next morning, diagnosed the initial issue that caused the sink to back up (the sink shares a drain line with AC and there was a bad algae buildup) fixed the blocked, and multiple bad fittings under the sink to stop all the drips caused by bad work from previous handyman.

I highly recommend using this company.

This is the second time I've used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, and I asked for Chris specifically this time since he did such a great job on the first issue. They aren't the cheapest out there, but the quality of their work is worth the price. I don't feel that I need to worry about anything that Chris repaired breaking again any time soon. I have a 60yr old house, so I will no doubt have more issues pop up. When they do, I'll be calling these guys again.

We used Rodgers Plumbing for home drain cleaning and installation of new washing machine valves. The plumbers were prompt, professional and courteous. Their work was high quality and their pricing was fair. I'll be using them for any future plumbing needs.

The job is not finished, there are parts to be replaced, they will come back for that. However as a first experience, I’m happy to say that they are very professional and knowledgeable, courteous and respectful to their customers. The service was scheduled in a fast way according to my needs. I will review again after the job gets completed.

We had broken garden Faucet. Water was leaking through the wall. We called Thorough plumbing to get the free Estimate cost for repair. Friendly customer service rep gave us quick appointment. Andrew and Jeff came this morning. Gave us reasonable and fair estimate price. Explain in detail the problem. Very professional but also friendly and knowledgeable. Finish the work in less then 15 mins. My go to plumbing company. Would highly recommend them to our family and friends.

I contacted this company, because one of my tenants in Wylie has a water heater problem. I was told that a master plumber would be at the house within 45 minutes. When I asked for a copy of their Certificate of Liability, I was told, We don't send our Certificate of Liability to individuals. I was told I could contact the Licensing Board of the State of Texas and see that they have Liability Insurance. I simply asked them to text or email me a copy of the Certificate of Liability, and it was repeated that I could check with the state.

I've never dealt with a contractor who REFUSED to provide a Certificate of Liability. If a contractor is a professional, he/she should be happy, ready, and willing to provide that information to a potential customer. I do not recommend this company, if they can't prove they have Commercial General Liability, which is designed to protect their customers from
property damage and/or bodily injury that could result from their work.

Called the company, they were super fast to care for my leak. Less than an hour later, the problem was solved! Thank you for your service!!!

Called Diego back to finish a tile floor install after multiple problems with Lowe's. (Word to the wise: if you're thinking of using Lowe's installation services for remodeling, don't.) Diego did a great job with the flooring and even installed the new toilet, too. I had them out a few weeks prior to work on some fascia boards and that went nicely as well. I have no reservations about recommending HomePro for any repair needs.

I have been using this company for the past 15 years and they are my go to plumbing company. They are dependable, competitively priced and stand by their work. I’ve had them come out on a weekend as well as a weekday and there are never any extra charges for evenings, weekends or holidays. If you are in need of a plumber then call them!

No show on the first day. No call back.

2nd day. They called and said they would be coming out. The afternoon ended with a no show.

3rd day no call.

I have to give my business to another hydrojet company.

They desperately need an office manager and a scheduling assistant or some way to accurately indicate when they will arrive.

I paid over $300 to detect a leak that was never found. Ended up paying additional money to simply have the piping re-routed and no refund allowed.
