Where do I start with this company. When we first moved into our home Feb 2018 Bill came to the house to do some repairs and also gave me many helpful hints. Then came the major freeze of 2021. We had 6 pipes burst. Bill sent his team and they helped us so much by fixing all the pipes. Then came yesterday our pipes busted again and I called their number in such a panic. The lady remained calm and his team came but this time only 2 pipes broke. They are so nice, so helpful, so patient, overall just good people. Use this company you won’t regret it.

Carlos stopped by within an hour of contacting his company and provided some recommendations to fix our problem. He provided a couple options and left the decision to us ( No hard sell). Carlos and his team arrived at 7 am the next day as we agreed and begun working. He completely replaced our main water line in the time he said and at the same price quoted. Would not hesitate to use Carlos for future jobs.

These guys came out to replace my water heater that busted during the freeze. I talked to Bobby on the phone and he got someone out for emergency service within an hour of when I called!! The guys were knowledgeable about each type of water heater and helped me understand which would be the best for my home. They even gave me an 8 year warranty hot water heater for the price of a 6 year water heater!! I will use their services for everything going forward, great job guys you earned a lifelong customer right here! I recommend this company to everyone needing any type of plumbing service.

Tracy was professional, polite, pleasant. He explained and went above and beyond checking out my furnace. He also taught me that about my carbon monoxide monitor that I didn't even know I had. He kept me informed and updated of what he was doing and how things were going. A nice guy. Professional friendly, business like. No complaints or suggestions whatsoever. An superb experience and very constructive and informative.

GEM Plumbing Company in Allen, certainly has the best plumber in this area. Stan is extremely professional and detailed in his work. I have recommended him to all our friends, and they are impressed. He has worked on our toilets, faucets and hot water heater. The hot water heater was an enormous job and this was completed in a timely manner. We identified a leak at the base of our toilet & going through Angie's List, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing proved to be the most cost effective & very well reasonably priced given the service date was today, Monday 2 September 2019, Labor Day. We did some price comparison and by far BFP was the best priced. But really what puts BFP ahead of the competition is the professionalism of Cindy, who took my trouble call for action and Jeff Baer, the tech. who ultimately performed the work. We have used Rogers Plumbing for well over ten years for our residential needs. Heard a faint hissing noise in one of the bathrooms. Turned off all shutoffs, still hissing . Called Shirley at Rogers. Robert and Daniel were dispatched. Robert located the issue via the crawl space. The cracked copper line was inaccessible from below. The water closet was removed and Robert surgically removed a minimal portion of the wet wall. Repairs made in less than four hours. Robert was able to patch the wall with the cutout section. I had envisioned having to repair the wall opening myself and resetting the WC. Unless you knew the story you would not know that any repairs were done.

Brent was in communication with me from the time we set the appointment and he showed up when he said he would. Quick diagnosis and fixed for a reasonable price. The home warranty people would have let us go two weeks with no hot water but Strittmatter took care of us the same day.

I would not waste your time on Alberto because he has no time wasting yours. After speaking with Alberto about my project he asked me to send him my address and we set a plan to meet at my house around 9:30am the following day. By 11:00am the day of our meeting I had not heard from him so I called and he did not answer. Shortly after he sent me a text informing me he did not service my area. I completely understand this. However, he could have let me know this the moment he received my address, but he didn't. He left me waiting. He didn't care enough to communicate to me that he didn't service my area the moment he knew where I lived. He blew me off and wasted my time, because he didn't care. Find someone who cares, even if they aren't getting your business.

My response to the owner: You didn't tell me your service area until I followed up with you to determine if you were still coming. You knew where I lived the day prior when I sent you my address and you didn't bother to inform me you didn't service my area. I had to call you, because I was waiting on you.

Fantastic experience with 1st Plumber Allen TX. Very knowledgeable, transparent and professional. They also did a great job of walking me through the work they did at the end of the day. I would certainly call them again for future work.
