Carlos stopped by within an hour of contacting his company and provided some recommendations to fix our problem. He provided a couple options and left the decision to us ( No hard sell). Carlos and his team arrived at 7 am the next day as we agreed and begun working. He completely replaced our main water line in the time he said and at the same price quoted. Would not hesitate to use Carlos for future jobs.

With all the HVAC places out there, how should one choose?? Lemme save you some time, and choose THIS place. They answered the phone right away, they were able to send a tech out the same day, and the whole experience was just very professional and A+++ quality of customer service. The tech also answered my questions and explained things to me in a way I could understand. This country was built on small to medium sized businesses flourishing and this is a PRIME example of such a business that truly does care and does a great job. I should also note that I didn’t feel overwhelmed with industry jargon or any attempts to upsell anything, which for me is a MUST. Could not have had a better experience and they have me locked in as a repeat customer.

My daughter broke her shower handle on Super Bowl Sunday. We had to shut the water off to the whole house. I called a different plumber to come out the next morning. They never showed up. LUCKILY, after the no-show we called Gem Plumbing. Stan answered and I went into my story. He let me know that he wouldn’t be able to come out that day but started asking me questions about the situation. Stan ended up speaking with my husband and walked him through fixing it! Gem Plumbing is now saved in my phone and will always be my go to. Amazing customer service and just a great person!

Specialist - From Plano location:Arthur F. Excellent, honest and trustworthy. Great communications. I can honestly say i was impressed. It was snowing outside and Arthur still made it to the appointment on time and was very professional. Arthur listened, took notes, measured everything, and then came to a solution and then Arthur explained the solution he recommended and asked for confirmation to work forward. After the repairs Arthur explained what was done, if any changes or items needed to be looked into and worked to fix those as well. Just honest, great professional from start to end. We have used Rogers Plumbing for well over ten years for our residential needs. Heard a faint hissing noise in one of the bathrooms. Turned off all shutoffs, still hissing . Called Shirley at Rogers. Robert and Daniel were dispatched. Robert located the issue via the crawl space. The cracked copper line was inaccessible from below. The water closet was removed and Robert surgically removed a minimal portion of the wet wall. Repairs made in less than four hours. Robert was able to patch the wall with the cutout section. I had envisioned having to repair the wall opening myself and resetting the WC. Unless you knew the story you would not know that any repairs were done.

Had an issue with a toilet on the weekend. They came out, diagnosed and fixed the issue. Timely, friendly, professional and very reasonable considering it was a Sunday. There was no extra fee for the weekend. The technician was simply fantastic. Would definitely hire them again!

Jeff and Andrew came right out and installed a new water heater and fixed several items in a bathroom. They were fast, friendly and efficient. I will call them next time I need a plumber!

Have used Tank Yankers twice now. Once for an installation of tankless and now for a repair and highly recommend them. Showed up on time and we’re priced very fair. They will be the first plumber to call for future issues.

Alex and Gerald did an excellent job explaining what was going on with the leak in my kitchen ceiling. Although the cause of the leak was more likely an AC issue the water heater was in need of repair. They provided 3 options low, med and high and throughly explained all the options. They called before they arrived and made sure they wore booties and cleaned up after the repair. They even brought in a Chewy delivery into the house. My expectations were exceeded with this team and Legacy plumbing.

We’ve used Blue Frog plumbing several times. Our first experience with Blue Frog plumbing was when Mike came to replace one of our two Lennox brand AC compressor units. He kept us informed as to each step of the process. My husband was very pleased with the work & how knowledgeable he was with the Lennox product.

Some time ago, We again called on Blue Frog plumbing, to request Mike to install a new tankless water-heater. Mike again, did a fantastic job. He’s extremely efficient professional & polite.

Yesterday, We called Blue frog plumbing & requested Mike again, to come install #2 new faucets in our master bath. We knew they were very heavily calcified and very hard to turn. We provided the new faucets & Mike walked us through each step to replace the faucets.

Unfortunately, because of the minimal space & how poorly the builder installed the granite top, it was extremely difficult for him to maneuver the hardware to fit the space. Any other plumber would’ve given up. Not Mike! He takes so much pride in what he does .

My drain started leaking in my bathtub, Chad was able to come figure out the problem and replace my tub and shower the next day couldn’t be more impressed with great quality work and never left me wondering what was going on definitely will be using them again in the future.

Paul is honest, reliable, and so thorough. He is very responsive. I will not use anyone else. I have been using him for 8 years.
