Heather is exceptional, she is kind and compassionate. She tries her best to make you feel better in the worst times when your AC's out or your plumbing is backed up. Every time I call I know I will get over and above the standard help. This was my 3 mishap this summer. Bryan the AC guy was great too. Arthur arrived on time, was very thorough and explained everything to me. Very neat, cleaned up everything after water line break in front of house, repaired with new shut off valve and box. Highly recommend.

Made an appoint to fix hot water heater. They said 5 days, then called back and said it would be 3 weeks before they could come out. Dishonest people. Do not use!!

Called Diego back to finish a tile floor install after multiple problems with Lowe's. (Word to the wise: if you're thinking of using Lowe's installation services for remodeling, don't.) Diego did a great job with the flooring and even installed the new toilet, too. I had them out a few weeks prior to work on some fascia boards and that went nicely as well. I have no reservations about recommending HomePro for any repair needs.

After a roofing job which was good, a bathroom sink was plugged up. We tried varioua methods of opening the drain however nothing worked. We had used AAA Augur before had a few certificates and so went to the phone. Carla did a great job of fielding the call and within a short time Juan showed up. Went to the drain, quoted the price and I said ok. In short order the drain was opened. He cleaned up the area to spotless including the sink. We paid him; had good conversation with him as he worked and after. We appreciate a friendly experienced tech and an understanding company, particularly at my 89 years of age.
