Carlos stopped by within an hour of contacting his company and provided some recommendations to fix our problem. He provided a couple options and left the decision to us ( No hard sell). Carlos and his team arrived at 7 am the next day as we agreed and begun working. He completely replaced our main water line in the time he said and at the same price quoted. Would not hesitate to use Carlos for future jobs.

Brittany answered the phone and was very helpful and patient with me (many questions). She had good knowledge of the company and steps to be taken. I was able to get an appointment for the next day. Rick came out on-time, and explained the steps he would take to find the leak. He was very thorough and explained/showed me everything he was doing, why and the result. I had many questions and I am quite curious in these situations. He was very user-friendly for someone who does not have any background in plumbing -- giving examples and re-explaining points so I would clearly understand. His patience, friendliness, expertise, professionalism and understanding my needs made this a non-stressful appointment and provided confidence knowing exactly what/where the problem was, how to fix it, etc. I will definitely use In-House Plumbing again and refer them to my friends and neighbors. We found a very small leak, but wasn't sure where it was coming from. Josh and his team came out, thoroughly assessed the situation, then fixed the problem the next day. They were all professional and made sure we understood the problem and how they were going to fix it. We will definitely be using them again.

I had the worst experience with this team. I called in and scheduled a 2 hour slot in the morning for next day appointment. Within 2 hours, i called in and asked whether we can reschedule 2 days after my original appointment because i was expecting a Chandelier and wanted to complete installation of the same along with other work. Also i asked whether the hourly rate would come down if the work takes more than 3 or 4 hours

The person on the phone acted like he didn't understand my request and i had to explain multiple times. He suddenly started with the abusive language and i asked him whether is this the way you treat your customer. He continued and disconnected the phone. When i followed up with an email, i got the reply stating that i used the abusive language.

I have recorded the whole conversation and it is pretty evident. I would never use their services. Let wanted the people to know.

I was having problem with my sink caught a clogged up auger plumber came out and did a wonderful job they unclogged it I’ve got a clean sink now thanks to auger plumbers thank you so much excellent work great job thanks again
