Update: 2 weeks after my yard leak was fixed I had an upstairs sink not draining. Checked underneath and spotted multiple leaks. Michael came out the next morning, diagnosed the initial issue that caused the sink to back up (the sink shares a drain line with AC and there was a bad algae buildup) fixed the blocked, and multiple bad fittings under the sink to stop all the drips caused by bad work from previous handyman.

I highly recommend using this company.

Carlos stopped by within an hour of contacting his company and provided some recommendations to fix our problem. He provided a couple options and left the decision to us ( No hard sell). Carlos and his team arrived at 7 am the next day as we agreed and begun working. He completely replaced our main water line in the time he said and at the same price quoted. Would not hesitate to use Carlos for future jobs.

I woke up to a fast leaking water heater and called one plumbing company. They told us they could not get to us for 3-4 days. I called 1st Plumber Allen TX and they were able to make it out within 2 hours. Their plumber was very informative and went over several options. He answered my questions and even explained what happened and what he will have to do, thoroughly, before he began to work. Service was prompt and pleasant. I would recommend them based off my experience.

I called to get a quote and the receptionist laughed when I asked how much do they charge to come out look at our water leak. That was very unprofessional and rude, I do not recommend.

I have used another Wylie based plumber for the past couple years. I called them to come replace my hot water heater and they wanted to charge an extra 120$ for a drain pan. I asked around and Waterman's came recommended by a friend and their price was better and included the drain pan. Brandon came out right on time and did an excellent job. Very thorough and cleaned up when he was finished. Very satisfied. They are now my go to plumber.

These guys (Jack- owner) are awesome. He is super honesty, very knowledgeable, and has great prices. I’ve replaced 2 units with him over the past 3 years on my personal house and a rental. Excellent overall experience and high recommend. !!

Al and his team helped me replace a water heater. They were extremely helpful navigating issues with my home warranty company, notified me with any updates and were always willing to accommodate any of my requests. The guys showed up on time, went over everything that they were doing with me + gave me some helpful tips. Highly recommended.

I would give them no stars if that were possible. I will never use Mr. Rooter again. They did not come when they said and they did not call to say they weren't coming. When I called the next morning they said they called and left a message. We were home waiting for them and there was no call or message. They had our address wrong. The guy that came did not have the proper tools and had to leave the job to go somewhere and pick up what he needed. We're still waiting for him to come finish. They were going to charge $130 just take the pipes off so my husband took the pipes off in less than 5 minutes to save the money. I hope when he comes he's capable of doing the job! I would not recommend them to anyone.
