NTX Elite is a sister company and they’re the Worst company ever!! They obviously don’t understand the importance of good customer service and doing a good job in a TIMELY manner. They won’t return calls to a friend of ours who has given them plenty of money and have been out of their home for MONTHS...

We recently moved and stan and chase fixed and updated multiple copper water lines for our bathroom. They also replaced the master toilet and installed new flappers on 3 others. They are efficient, have great prices, and are so nice. We have used them for years and will never use anyone else.

We had a broken pipe in front of our hone. Robert & Sanchez did a great job. They were like detectives finding and repairing the leak. Will definitely use Rodgers plumbing again! Shirley o. The dispatch was also wonderful, responsive and kind!!

My hot water heater wasn’t heating properly, and thorough plumbing came out the same day. They got us up and running in no time. We will use them again!

Earl’s Plumbing was awesome! We had a pipe burst in our attic, fortunately it was over the garage, on Friday, 12/23. We called Earls’s at 2 PM and Danny Tucker was at our house by 4:15 PM and had the pipe fixed and water up and running again by 5:30 PM! Since we were not established customers, we really appreciated the quick response. Earl’s Plumbing saved our Christmas as we had family arriving from out of town that evening. We were pleasantly surprised with how reasonable the service was, too! Highly recommend!

I called them out for a gas leak I had been told I had by Atmos. They came out and responded pretty quickly and were nice.
However, without even checking for leaks it was recommended my entire gas lines needed replacing for $9,400.
I asked about testing for a leak and they told me the test will be expensive ($900) and was unnecessary because it is just going to tell them what they already know and that is I need a completely new system. In my mind I’m thinking if I’m going to spend the $9400 you say it’s going to cost for new lines, I’m going to need a little more convincing evidence.
So I called around and went with another plumber recommended by friends. The leak test was less than a quarter of what Koen quoted and they didn’t even try to tell me what was wrong or give me an estimate until they were done with their leak test.
Though the repairs were time and labor intensive, the entire system did not need to be replaced as was recommended by Koen.
I hate to give a local business such a terrible rating but I was pretty disappointed to feel ripped off by someone from my own neighborhood.

Quick to respond. Sent 4 workers to do the outside and inside work in tandem. Very nice team and fair pricing!

Gary’s plumbing came out same day I called , fixed what I needed and also solved a problem I had with my water running. I had no idea why! He solved the problem. He was fast and professional ! He did a very good job! I was impressed. I will now continue using them for future. It’s hard to find a good quality people now adaga and this company is one! Highly recommend!
